Lieferung aufgrund eines Fehlers des Händlers nicht zugestellt worden und zum Händler zurückgegangen. Zunächst wollte der Händler den Kaufpreis nicht erstatten, dann - nach drei Monaten - aufgrund des Drucks der Kreditkartenfirma Erstattung von 80% des Kaufpreise. Nie wieder!

Hice un pedido de vermut y después de muchos días me contestan que se retrasará la entrega por falta de existencias que si quiero cambiarlo por otra cosa que se lo pida....pero no atienden el correo.

Son unos timadores. Pides 3 botellas te cobran un envio de 4,90 €, te envían solo una botella, hacen el paripé con las otras dos y te dicen que se han roto y ya no te las vuelven a enviar.

Ich habe zweimal Wein bestellt:
Die erste Lieferung ist schnell in Deutschland angekommen.
Bei der zweiten Lieferung gab es leider Probleme, weil GLS das Paket fallenlassen hat und alle Flaschen kaputt waren.
Der Kundenservice war telefonisch nicht erreichbar, aber die Kommunikation per Email war schnell und einfach.
Sie haben mir angeboten ein neues Paket zu schicken, aber da der ausgewählte Wein nicht mehr verfügbar war, habe ich mich für eine Rückerstattung entschieden.
Der volle Betrag, inklusive EUR 24,90 Versandkosten nach Deutschland, wurde sofort erstattet.

Estaba buscando Ratasia Russet y encontré buen precio en Privateceller.
La foto de la botella es la que corresponde a la de 70 cc y compré 3 unidades sin fijarme que el pie de foto dice que es de 35 cc……Es evidente que lo hacen para engañar!!!
La entrega ha llegado bien, pero me ha salido caro, caro.
No volveré a comprar “ nunca más” esto es lo que consiguen.

I placed an order of approximately €250 (plus about €50 in shipping costs) at the beginning of December, and it never arrived, despite the fact that I had provided a delivery address that is open all day, every day.
After about a month and a half, I requested that my order be cancelled, and Privateceller authorized the cancellation, informing me that I would be refunded.
To date, I have not received any refund, even though around 10 days ago a refund for the merchandise (excluding shipping costs) was approved.
I find it unbelievable that after two months I have still not been reimbursed and that I am expected to pay the shipping costs, despite the fact that the failure to deliver is entirely the responsibility of the courier (GLS) chosen by them.
This situation is unacceptable — this is amateurish behavior and shows a complete lack of professionalism.

If they continue to use GLS I will never order from them again.
For the second time GLS don't arrive, then claim we were not at home. Both times I have wasted 2 days waiting for the delivery.
Private Cellar need to understand the the courier is losing them business.

Pessima esperienza ho speso una barca di soldi e non ho mai ricevuto il mio pacco il giorno di Natale, non ho il regalo per cui ho pagato una cifra esorbitante, in particolare per la consegna. Non fidatevi di questa gente

Pedido realizado el día 5 estamos a 23 y sin noticias del envío.
Eso si me lo cobraron al día siguiente.
Sigo esperando una respuesta o un reembolso.

Die Anfrage über die Haltbarkeit des Olivenöls wurde prompt beantwortet. Nach der Überweisung kam zwar keine Bestellbestätigung, die Ware aber war aus Spanien nach 1 nWoche tadellos verpackt hier.

Hola, el pedido me ha llegado incompleto, me faltan tres botellas. Nadie coge el telefono.

Al final bien, pero ni recibi un correo confirmando el pedido ni una factura con el producto. Deja un poco que desear.

I was a bit hesitant to order from this site because of the negative reviews, but my experience was great! The delivery was fast, and the product arrived in perfect condition. Everything went smoothly! Definitely recommend

There are many bad reviews of this company on here which I read after I placed my order. These made me quite nervous especially since I did not receive an email to confirm the order. However, it has just arrived, beautifully wrapped. No complaints.

I ordered a bottle of Mescal on 10/02/2025. I was first told that it would be delivered within a few days. I then received word that it was on its way. When it didn't arrive by the promised time, I reached out to Privateceller. They apologized and told me that it hadn't even arrived at their warehouse yet, despite my having been previously informed that it was "out for delivery". Then I was told that the next delivery attempt couldn't be completed because they didn't have my correc t address, even though I had provided it to them. Then I was promised delivery yesterday and waited at hokme all day. The delivery service claimed that it couldn't be delivered because I wasn't home. They had my address and phone number and never even tried to deliver it. I have now been informed that I will need to travel to another town to collect it. I contacted PrivateSeller and they refuse to refund my money, saying the issue "is out of their hands." I will dispute the charge with American Express, but will never do business with this company again.

Ware wurde nie geliefert. Im Kundenbereich wurde geantwortet, diese jedoch dann vom Unternehmen wieder gelöscht. Es gab nie eine Mail. Es ist offensichtlicher Betrug. Das Geld kann von der Bank, da es per Visa bezahlt wurde, nicht zurück geholt werden.Man muss bei der Polizei eine Anzeige erstatten und den Mailverkehr belegen, diesen gibt es leider nicht, da alle Anfragen gelöscht werden und man kann nicht beweisen, dass man sich an das Unternehmen gewand hat
