I don't live on the moon and now they give the excuse that I don't deliver because i don't have a spanish telefone number. No solution, no delivery point possible the only option given by licorea is pay again, the second time delivery costs and then pick it up at the store wich is almost 100km in total from my adres in Catral. I won't pay two times delivery costs because the stupid Zeleris driver can't find my adres and both Licorea and Zeleris lay the problem by me. I am sick of it and still don't have my order so getting more angry by the day. Licorea minus 10 points

Per l'ultimo ordine effettuato qualche giorno fa, ho chiesto la possibilità, dopo averlo chiuso, di aggiungere un ulteriore articolo. Il customer care è stato molto disponibile e mi ha accontentato.
I prezzi per alcuni articoli sono davvero convenienti, l'imballo è a regola d'arte e la spedizione veloce.
Bravi, tornerò presto sul vostro sito per acquistare altre bottiglie.
Colis livré très rapidement tous les produits sont arrivés très bien emballés. Rapport qualité prix le top, très satisfaite je recommande vivement.
Produit finalement livré avec du retard mais avec un petit cadeau.La note a bien grimpé du coup.
La verdad es que por los comentarios casi no compramos en Licorea, me alegro no haber hecho caso. El seguimiento, recepción y estado del pedido, perfecto. Sin duda volveremos a comprar.

I ordered a£8 bottle of brandy. Paid £27 incling what I thought wS shipping .thenUPS delivery driver wanted £22.6in cash to hand it over.
Read the small print. If there is any.

Ordering from the company was great, very easy and it looks like your getting a great bargain but ordering from the UK is not worth it. I thought I would give it a try because the fee that Licorea charge seems very reasonable but once the duty tax is added you realise you should have just bought your alcohol from Tesco.
I won't be using this company again.

Commande passée le 5 novembre et reçu le 7 novembre.
Rapide, efficace, produits soigneusement emballés. Je repasserai commande sans hésiter.
Je suis très déçu de ma commande passée sur le site Licorea. En tant que professionnel de la restauration, j’avais commandé 3 bouteilles avec une livraison rapide à 40 €, que je n’ai jamais reçues. On m’a indiqué que le livreur les aurait déposées dans ma boîte aux lettres, qui mesure 15 x 30 cm… Je me demande bien comment cela aurait été possible vu la taille des bouteilles.
Pour tenter de résoudre le problème, j’ai dû appeler DHL pendant 20 minutes, ce qui m’a coûté 40 € de hors forfait. J’ai également envoyé deux attestations sur l’honneur, comme demandé, mais aucun remboursement ni nouvelle expédition ne m’a été proposé.
Le service client est injoignable ou ne donne aucune solution concrète. En tant que professionnel, c’est une expérience que je ne peux pas me permettre de revivre.
Je déconseille fortement ce site.

I made an order and paid extra for door to door delivery. Although i waited at home for two days waiting for delivery the package never showed up and no one phoned askeing for directions. At the end, they said they'll drop it somewhere and I can go find it.
I get lots of deliveries at my address... Seur, Amazon etc. But these idiots can't find it. Although my phone number was on the order, no one ever called asking for directions.
Stay away from this company the same product is cheaper on Amazon and you'll have a better chance of getting delivery.
Now I have had a response from Licorea and wish to make some response to their text.
FIRST - Yes I did pay extra for home delivery as it was a greater cost than to pick it up. Now they say it is somewhere that I have to go pick it up. Nothing about refunding the difference.
SECOND - I waited at home all day for each of the two days that they promised to deliver, and no one came to my door and no one phoned my number that was on the order.
When the company says door to door delivery, that is what I have paid for and what I expect.
Yes I have had previous orders, that I paid a lesser shipping rate and picked up myself.
This time I paid for delivery and to this point have received nothing.
Now the Licorea is trying to blame the problem on me?
Licorea took the payment for the product from me, I haven't received the product I paid for. If the shipping company says they knocked on my door, they are lying.
I was home all day both days that they said they tried to deliver and no one was home. Also, my phone number was on the order, if they couldnt find the house they should phone that number.
THIRD - How could it be possible for me to refuse the package when it never arrived? I'd love to have it sent back and refund the money, but I don't have it and have never seen it. All I know is I paid for it and I have never seen it.
Lastly - I was in contact with your service guys after the first non delivery and the person said that they would tell the company to deliver it again.
Now they are telling me to walk 6.5 kms to where the shipping company dropped it off, and pick it up myself.
Now it August 15, no delivery, no refund. Terrible company. I made a huge mistake ordering from them.
Re Licorea reply: well isn't that great, you shysters! I have never seen the delivery, never been contacted about it, never told where it is other than a place, two months ago many kilometers, from where I live. Licorea is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. They are crooks.

Comprei 2 produtos no valor de 478,50 €. O produto mais caro (395,00 €) afinal não tinham em stock e ofereceram uma alternativa que não é do meu agrado. Solicitei reembolso mas o reembolso não veio a 100%, devolvendo 464,14 € quando a responsabilidade é totalmente deles (pagamento por paypal)
Avevo letto alcune recensioni negative ma ho effettuato l'ordine lo stesso e ho fatto benissimo! C'è stato un piccolo intoppo con l'ordine, mancavano 10 pezzi. Li ho contattati e mi hanno risposto in pochi minuti e dopo solo 10 minuti mi hanno spedito il resto! Consigliatissimo!

Unproblematische und schnelle Abwicklung. Einer der wenigen Onlineanbieter der den Arbui V-47 zu einem vernünftigen Preis anbietet. Der Wein war gut verpackt. Die Abwicklung über eine Paketshop war für uns neu, jedoch hat das auch seine Vorteile. Sehr gut war auch der Informationsfluss zur BearbeitungderBestellung. Werden sicherlich hier wieder bestellen.
Je viens de commander sur ce site pour la première fois deux bouteilles de liqueur que j ai du mal à trouver.
Je suis allée chercher mon colis dans des casiers Mondial Relay ce matin : bouteilles très bien protégées et bon suivi de commande.
Je recommande ce site et n'hésiterai pas à repasser commande.
