I have an issue in logging in private vpn. TOM assisted me all the way through my problem. With understandable instructions TOM guided me excellently and solved my problem immediately

Read the terms and conditions before subscribing. They will autorenew and if you are not using them, they will not refund for a legit cancellation. Here is their response to me. (have received a refund now)

By default, auto-renewal is turned on when you use a payment method that supports auto-renewal (such as a credit card or Paypal) and turned off when you use a payment method that does not support auto-renewal (such as Crypto payments).
In addition, this provision is not applicable for the renewal of the purchased Service (i.e. Subscriptions after their automatic renewals)

Having said that, your account's auto-renewal has already been canceled. Rest assured, you will not be billed automatically at the end of the subscription period.

Its always the technical suppprt. I cant say thank you enough for the assistance you guys provide. Got my VPN service down for a day while me and Gemini were trying to solve it. One simple chat wirh PrivateVPN and the problem was resolved right away.

I had a very technical problem and Support on PrivateVPN was fantastic. They listened and understood, then gave me multiple options until I was satisfied.

The first email I sent Jim responded in 4 minutes giving detailed information about my question. I responded giving what hardware I am running with Private VPN then responded 2 minutes later saying he could get back to me tomorrow. No issue but 2 days later he responded giving me access to New York dedicated IP servers on a .ovpn file allowing me to run my services 80ms faster in latency. The latency on the Los Angeles servers were terrible but Jim really helped me by allowing me to use New York servers thank you.
