Uso questa vpn da quattro anni e purtroppo posso dire che l'offerta servizi è progressivamente scaduta nel corso del 2025, col venir meno della disponibilità di vari server. Ad esempio sono diventati indisponibili il server spagnolo, da marzo, quello italiano, da giugno, quello USA New York, da ottobre, nonostante che il sito web li riporti ancora nella lista dei server disponibili. Oltretutto i server con IP dedicato non sempre offrono il servizio atteso. Anche la qualità del servizio clienti lascia ormai a desiderare e alla segnalazione di disservizi si ottiene spesso la generica risposta "i nostri tecnici stanno lavorando". Se ne ricava l'impressione di un'azienda in fase di ridimensionamento. Meglio guardare ad altri fornitori se si è alla ricerca di un servizio di qualità.

PrivateVPN customer service is great. People in customer service reply very quickly in both chat and email. And they continue the conversation in chat after getting details from emails, which is more practical.

I have had Private VPN for around 5 years and have not had a problem until lately but I must say Tom sorted my problem out after a few tries and I was up and running again within minutes. It turned out the problem was not with private vpn but with my firestick and with the help from Tom I was able to get it all sorted.

Ho fatto l abbonamento un pò di anni fa usufruendo di una promozione è fin quando l ho utilizzata la von è andata bene poi per motivi che vanno al di là del servizio, non l ho più utilizzato.

Mio errore, avevo dimenticato che c era il rinnovo automatico e anche se non dovuto, mi hanno rimborsato la quota.

PrivateVpn hat leider seit dem Sommer von einem guten Service zu einem KATASTROPHALEN Service abgebaut.

Viele Server funktionieren nicht mehr, seit Wochen wird behauptet, dass daran gearbeitet wird und das Problem bald behoben wird.

Leider nicht zu gebrauchen im jetzigen Zustand.
