I had a positive experience with them. They opened an LLC for me just in time. They helped all the way through. Then the business did not go as I planned and I closed the company, and they refunded me the charges for legal address immediately and closed my subscription without questions asked. For me this was very important - how company behaves when you no longer need their service. Thank you guys, totally recommend!

Waste of time. Took my money but they still need you to have a bank account in the UK/EU. A year goes by with no support then suddenly they contact you on WhatsApp to ask to renew 😂

There were strict steps involved — PSC verification, TRUSTID checks, and submitting multiple proofs of address.

None of this was skipped. Even when things slowed down, Privatily handled the process professionally and transparently.

In the end, my company was successfully formed.

I received the company authentication code, and just yesterday the UTR number as well. Everything was completed correctly.

After formation, I personally handled bank account setup and Stripe onboarding — both are now approved, so the foundation Privatily set up was solid and compliant. It was a long and complex journey but finally success.

Privatily made a fundamental ownership structure mistake while forming my company. I had clearly selected that the owner is a company, not an individual. Despite that, they formed the company under an individual’s name and are still calling the job complete.

Even after repeatedly explaining this to them and sending all the required company documents by email (since their dashboard doesn’t support uploading multiple company documents), they are refusing to take responsibility. Instead, they’re blaming me for their own system’s limitation.

After formation, they offer no real ongoing support or compliance help. Their website mentions things like registered agent service, business address, mail forwarding, accountant introduction, etc., but none of that was actually delivered. Once they form your company, they are done — no guidance, no follow-up, no communication.

Their platform feels half-baked, their customer service is unresponsive, and their operations lack transparency and accountability.

I strongly recommend using Firstbase instead — they offer proper compliance, accounting, and ongoing support. Privatily, on the other hand, feels like a company that just takes your money, delivers something incorrect, and disappears.

Avoid Privatily if you value your time, money, and peace of mind.

Before opening a company with Privatily’s help, I discussed everything with their support. I was assured that I would be able to open a bank account remotely without any issues — that was the most important part for me. They promised everything could be done fully online, so I agreed to pay for their VIP package.

That’s where the problems began. They did register a company for me and sent a “guide” on how to open a bank account, but all of their guides were outdated or completely incorrect. Because of this, I received multiple rejections from banks they claimed had a “100% success rate.” After trying with around 30 banks, I still couldn’t open an account.

Every time a bank asked for additional documents, Privatily offered them only for an extra fee, and what I got was basically a Word file without signatures or any official formatting — something no bank would ever accept. Some banks even blocked my applications or blacklisted me after receiving those documents.

Their support was another disaster — unprofessional, full of mistakes, and completely unhelpful. They kept saying “it’s your problem” instead of actually assisting, even though I paid for their help.

And the “free phone number” included in the VIP package turned out to be horrifying. The number apparently belonged to a drug dealer in Denmark before me. As soon as I activated it, I started receiving calls and messages about criminal activity — and even months later, I’m still getting strange calls.

In the end, I wasted months of my time and a significant amount of money — and got absolutely nothing in return. I wouldn’t call it a scam, but Privatily are incompetent middlemen who mislead clients and fail to deliver what they promise.

I strongly do NOT recommend Privatily.

Extremely Unfair Refund Policy – I Do Not Recommend Privatily

I subscribed to Privatily’s Premium Package ($397 + $99/year), which promised the following:

Immediately after paying and submitting my information, I requested a full refund on the same day. Instead of honoring my request, Privatily informed me that a full refund was “not possible.” They only refunded $168 out of $397, after a long and frustrating series of communications.

This is absolute injustice and feels like fraud:

I did not use or complete the company formation.

I had to pay another company myself to close the business that Privatily registered without my consent.

Privatily’s refund system is misleading, unfair, and resembles fraud. Paying nearly $397 and receiving only $168 back after persistent follow-ups is completely unacceptable.

My warning to everyone, especially in the Middle East and worldwide: do not trust this company. Their policies are opaque, and I personally feel I was scammed. Their main concern seems to be money, with little regard for their clients. I am deeply disappointed and frustrated by this experience.

Privatily’s customer support team deserves credit for being quick to respond and helpful with service-related questions. Whenever I needed assistance with documentation or account issues, they provided clear, fast replies—often within hours. However, their refund process was a completely different experience:

Pros:
- Responsive Support: Live chat and email replies were prompt (usually under 24 hours).
- Helpful with Documentation: Agents guided me through verification steps efficiently.

Cons:
- Refund Delays: Despite approval, my refund took weeks longer than their advertised timeline.
- No Transparency: No explanations for delays, just vague "processing" updates.
- Excessive Back-and-Forth: Multiple redundant requests for the same documents (see screenshots).

Advice:
If you need service help, Privatily’s team is solid. But for refunds, expect delays and keep records of every interaction. Finally, I’ve screens proof evidence in case you want to verify it.

I signed up for their premium package on May 29, 2025, but I didn’t know they were a scam. I requested a refund on the same day, but to this day, I haven’t received any update or my money back, despite contacting them multiple times via email. They simply scammed me and committed fraud. They are scammers do not trust them or use their services.

I hired Privatily to help me open my company. They created the necessary accounts and gave me a phone number to use, which I used for about a month without any problems. After a month, I was automatically logged out of my account, and when I tried to log back in, it said that my password was incorrect. I couldn’t access the account anymore.

I contacted Privatily’s support and explained what happened. They told me to contact Hushed support instead. When I spoke to Hushed, they informed me that the problem came from a mistake made during the account creation: my correct email is @gmail.com, but the person from Privatily who created the account mistakenly used @googlemail.com instead.

When I went back to Privatily and told them about this mistake, they said it was just a “technical detail” and not a serious issue — even though this mistake prevented me from accessing my own account. Later, Hushed told me that in order to recover the phone number, I had to provide proof of payment.

So I went back to Privately and asked them to provide proof that they had paid for the number. They refused and said, “we can’t do anything for you,” even though they were the ones who gave me the number. I also asked them to confirm that the number was paid for at least 15 days, but they still refused to cooperate.

Five days ago, they promised they would send me a new number. I waited, but received nothing. When I contacted them again, they said they’re still checking whether they can provide me a new number or not.

In addition to all this, when I spoke with their support team, they were very unprofessional in the way they talked to me. They showed no respect, and I have proof of how they responded and communicated with me. The support I received was poor and unprofessional, and I cannot recommend their customer service to anyone. specially Monica and Jess

This company is a scam and is not part of the solution. They always give the same generic response. They don't even handle the registration themselves; instead, they hire another company located at their listed address.

My concern with this company is that I desperately needed to receive a verification letter from Google for my business address. However, despite my initial request on January 2, 2025, and three subsequent requests, not even one letter has ever arrived.

Now, I've tried contacting the actual company behind the LLC formation process to ask for their help, because I am losing money due to this unreliable company.

My advice is: DO NOT HIRE THEM. Do some more research or ask friends for recommendations. This company is a complete failure, and they don't even seem to have a real address.

From the way you described the service you provide, it is excellent, but my concern is why the owners of this business did not appear, and why did they not reveal their business address, and why haven't they responded to people complaining and commenting on business review websites?

I'll put this very simply - they are not LITERAL scammers, but definitely borderline and I'll explain real quick chronologically:

> I order "PREMIUM"
> They late deliver what was promised
> I login to delivered Stripe and it instantly required verifications
> Eventually I get banned from Stripe (WITHOUT A SINGLE TRANSACTION)
> Got refused a refund

They take 0 responsibility, so unless you can do a chargeback, don't deal with them.
