I will always give privatily a 10/10 among all these other companies online talking about providing company registration services. They are the only company I know that will do it for you without any stress. They have never failed me nor anyone I recommended to them. They are also very cheap and fast as compared to others and will even provide you a genuine address. Privatily ll give you 1 week and within a week you ll get your documents but other companies, they will say a week and even after a month, nothing. They ll be telling you stories upon stories.. and when it comes to creating stripe, it is easy peasy to them as well..

I cannot recommend this company due to multiple issues with their communication, service, and professionalism.

Communication Problems: Several of my inquiries went unanswered, and their emails lacked a contact name, leaving you unsure who you are corresponding with.

Domain Name Issues: They created a domain name without consulting me. they refused to take down a homepage tied to a domain name I didn’t want. They do not know how to transfer a domain name. However, when I eventually found out what domain name they had created, it no longer mattered.

Unhelpful Support: Simple questions, such as how to change the registered owner’s address, were met with dismissive replies like, "My hands are tied," or "It’s cheaper to open a new company."

Unsuccessful bank opening support: Although they advertised assistance with opening a Wise bank account, they later claimed Wise no longer supports this. I managed to open the account myself in 15 minutes without any issues.

I have 2 businesses with Privatily, first in the UK and the other one in the US, I was vey pleased with their work through both orders.

its not worth it they delivered my stripe account got banned after 2 days i am still asking stripe why they told me missing business info i am sure i did all the steps right + they dont tell you have 90 days to file your taxes NOT WORTH IT

Be aware people! , my Stripe account got banned once they delivered it , no response on emails , i also paid for the premium package 300$ for nothing, there is no premium service , no shopify store , nothing . this is totally a scam
you will get a registered business but other than that , you will find yourself with a banned Stripe account :)

Scam Alert! This service is a total fraud. After supplying my Stripe account and receiving my first payment, they banned my account without warning. It’s a blatant scam—steer clear and don’t fall for it!

Privatily made the registration of my new company quick and straightforward, including an easy identity verification process.
Received my LTD documents in less than 48 hours.

Before purchasing their service, I inquired about their basic and premium packages. They assured me that with the premium package, they would create a professional website and provide me with access to it. After opting for the premium package, they successfully formed my LLC within two weeks. However, when they created my Stripe account, it was immediately suspended due to issues with the website they had set up. Upon reviewing the website, I discovered that they had simply cloned my existing UK website without updating any information to reflect my new US LLC status. This mismatch led to the suspension of my Stripe account.
When I approached them to rectify the situation or grant me access to modify the website, they refused. Their suggestion was to let the current Stripe account close and then create a new one. However, I know that once Stripe closes an account, they are likely to deny any new applications from me. Essentially, despite paying for the premium package, I received only basic services—no logo, no properly configured website, no domain, and no functional Stripe account.
Furthermore, they proposed an additional $168 fee for a phone number and domain name, which individually cost significantly less ($17 and $7, respectively). This added cost did not justify the supposed premium package benefits they promised.

Privatily made a great service for my company, I had some issues with my infos and made the amendment in a short delay.
