This is my second time using their services and never regret, they deserve every dollar I paid honestly, the first one was 2 years ago with my LTD which been made in a very short time, the other one was week ago when I accidentally see their LLC advertising then I went for it, the service still fast, professional and the platform became more convenient and easy to use...
I feel blessed doing business with them again!

the experience has been super smooth.

My friend had a good experience with Privatily and he recommended their service to me months ago, I wish I did with his advice earlier, because Privatily gave twice of what another alternative offered in a very short delay, let me add that the price is very competitive

I run a design agency working with US-Based clients, and I choose Privatily to help me start my US LLC; the process was straightforward, and it took me one week to get my company papers, EIN letter and my US bank account working.
I can't recommend them enough.

My experience with Privatily has been fantastic since day 1. I started my company and got bank account through them, yesterday i got some trouble with my bank account due to some bad actions from my part, then I contacted Jeff (on his day off), he gave some awesome advice to sort it off.

I have write an mail to them and also i have called no answer and mail no answer so bad even when im trying to make an paypal business and cashapp business it says not valid for EIN number what is this I NEED MY MONEY BACK OR I WANT ALL MY ISSUE SOLVE I HAVE JUST STARTET MY COMPANY WHY IS THIS HAPPENENING TO ME MAN!!!

I registered and paid for premium around $400 USD to get a business started in the US, I call their customer service number- No answer
I email them - No answer
I message them - No answer

This is a scam and I will process a chargeback on my bank to get my money back from these scammers. I have full proof documented.

UPDATE: After reporting this company to many legal authorities in their originating place (UK) I got my refund from them.

It seems that sometimes they work and sometimes they don't, it's a hit or miss, I'm going to be honest and still say I would NOT use them. They never answer phone support and they answered by email after over 4 days, at least I got my money back from them but their process to me is still shady and not professional. You're better off registering your business directly at the Delaware state site instead of using this or any other mediate.

Be aware of Scammers. They won't provide you the service you've paid for. They will take your money and do not answer to your email and call. Find another company. I do not recommand Privatily. They are f*king Scammers. They took my money, didn't do they job and said my order is completed. Don't try it.

If I was able to give them minus starts I would like to give them. I have bought the biggest package from them. But I didnt get assistance as they are written on the description. It´s like cat after the mouse.

Their service was good in the beginning, but later turned into a disaster. They didnt give me any phone number I have tried to reach them by mail and tlf number….

Very bad service I have borred a package with 24 hour support but there nothing. They are giving u a unsable LLC number

My opinion to you would be DONT BUY FROM THEM!

Be aware of a scam involving fake websites and documents. These scammers will initially respond to you and then completely ignore you. So far, we have not received any reply regarding our issue. When they did respond, it was with unhelpful answers, merely delaying the process without providing any real assistance.
When we threatened to file a dispute due to their behavior, they hastily created a fake website within 24 hours, claiming that our Stripe account was ready. However, soon after, our Stripe account was permanently closed, and we received no further assistance from them.

Be aware Scammers!!
I am deeply disappointed with the service provided by Privatily. It has been an incredibly frustrating and time-consuming ordeal dealing with their unresponsiveness and lack of accountability.

I paid 300$ with my hard earned money, The average fuxking , i paid 300$ for the Premium package and got nothing! a fucxking suspended Stripe account , no chat support, no response on emails… basically i got scammed , im going to bombard you with emails until you do something about it , you have no idea how much i worked to get that money you i*diots !

As soon as I inputted my personal and business information into Stripe, my account was immediately suspended. This was a crippling blow to my business operations, which have now been on hold for an extended period.

Despite reaching out to Privatily's support team multiple times via email, I received no meaningful response. Instead, I was told to contact Stripe support directly. This contradicts their own FAQ and the supposed selling point of their service - providing a functional Stripe account for online payments.

This entire ordeal has caused me immense frustration, stress, and financial loss. I am starting to lose faith in both Privatily's services and my own business endeavors. Their lack of transparency, accountability, and effective communication is unacceptable.

I urge others to think twice before engaging with Privatily. Their incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction have left me deeply disillusioned.

I purchased the premium package, company creation went smooth, fast and they did delivery along with the EIN in under 2 weeks everything was good with the company. But we did not receive any of the other things they offered in the premium package. No chat and phone support, no domain, no US phone number, no custom logo. The did deliver on the company creation, I give them that, but nothing else we paid for.

*After emailing them, they replied and they delivered on the extra features. Now I totally recommend them.

I'm so satisfied with the assistance from Privatily, . Honestly, I was a bit lost cause it's my first experience. you've given me a chance to be an entrepreneur, reinvent myself.
With you i learned to be patient step by step to finalize my company. A big thank you to the whole team and again, thank you Privatily!

Privatily.com was good at the beginning although it took longer time than they promise( 7 day but took about a month) but finally they formed my company and as all other reviewers said the stripe was not active and verified and I did the verification myself and after that despite I paid for my business address and I needed help many times and I contacted Privatily but they are not helpful at all and only waste your time, when you contact them so you have to wait for about 30 minutes for one reply and then you text them and wait for another 30 minutes for another reply.
Also I had some documents sent to my business address and Privatily didn't forwarded them to me even I contacted them for the issue several times but they were telling me that there is no document sent to your address and then when I presist they did sent me the documents but they were expired.
Totally I don't recommend them as it really becomes a headache but only if they do a correction and reform their services
