I had a Russel Hobbs 99ltr chest freezer that unfortunately broke causing the contents to thaw approx £75 of contents had to be thrown away.The freezer was 4 years old and still under guarantee, on contact with Keira Customer Services I could prove age of freezer, problem with freezer but unfortunately the extended warranty did not show on record. I explained that I needed an operation and that I was a carer for my wife. Keira honored the warranty and a new 99ltr chest freezer arrived just in time before operation to part fill with ready meals. Outstanding Customer Service.

Delivery today was excellent! Steve T and Declan T were fantastic! They kept informed all along the way. I was given a two hour slot the day before so I could plan my day around the delivery which was so much more convenient than the usual 8am-6pm slot. They phoned 20mins before they arrived. The whole process of removing my old machine and replacing it was done swiftly and they left with all the packaging and my old machine. They were very polite so I would have no problem in recommending to anyone. I usually use John Lewis but actually found this company far better! Well done Steve and Declan T!

Absolutely impressed by Kuldip and Steve, they moved a very heavy fridge with their eyes closed.
They were very careful not to damage the floor, installed the new fridge in a matter of minutes, took the old one, no frills, no drama.

Kuldip and Steve were great when delivering our washing machine. They arrived nice and early, examined the space and despite having stacked appliances, managed to take them out, fit the new product and put everything back stacked. They did not leave till they had tested the product to ensure it was all in working order. We appreciated their fast, friendly and extremely helpful service.

Just had a a new dishwasher delivered by Steve and Declan and old one removed. Great service, they couldn’t have been more helpful and informative, explaining new product, called me to let me know when on the way. Would highly recommend

Really impressed with the delivery of a Chest Freezer. Iulian Hurgulet delivered it, very friendly. A great service, took the packaging away and apologised for being so early.

I had a broken hoover still under warranty from Russell hobbs. I rang and Debbie was extremely helpful from the start and sorted out a replacement for me which was delivered in 2 days. She is a credit to the company and I cannot stress how professional and helpful she was.

Lee G arrived super early which was great as it meant we didn't have to wait around for delivery.
He came up to the third floor via lift but some delivery drivers will leave in the lobby so this was super helpful and was happy to place it where ever we needed him too. Thank you

Communication about delivery was excellent. Iulian my driver rang half an hour before delivery and arrived promptly. He was courteous and friendly and installed our product with advice and took all packaging away. Thanks Iulian.

Very clear and consistent communication by text and email about delivery date and times for my tumble dryer, Julian called 30 mins before delivery, arrived on time, very helpful, unpackaged my tumble dryer and placed in situ, tested it worked. A very easy experience. Thank you Julian Murgulet for your help.
