Exceeding the expectations
The delivery time exceeded the expectations (2 1/2 working days delivery to door in Romania), excelent packaging, easy to install and to use. The turntable and the speakers are looking exactly as they're looking on the website, even a little bit better

I own two Pro-Ject turntables
I own to Pro-Ject turntables. One is my best one and I’m very happy with it. High quality and sound.
My last Pro-Ject is the Elvis Presley limited edition. And as a huge fan of Elvis, is a dream of turntable.
It’s great the way to change from 45 rpm to 33 rpm. Congratulations for your work!

Katastrophale Fertigung
Katastrophale Fertigung. Phono Box DS3-B zischt auf einem Kanal. X8 Plattenspieler eiert der Teller. Der Ersatzteller ist unschön gedreht und der Magnet fehlt. Der Tonarmlift blib immer stecken auf halbem Weg und der neue ist 3mm zu kurz. ABSOLUT KATASTROPHAL! NIE WIEDER KAUFE ICH EIN PRODUKT VON PROJECT!

I received their Pro-Ject E1 Turntable…
I received their Pro-Ject E1 Turntable as a Christmas present. I cannot get the Bluetooth to connect. Naturally, I went to their site for help. Apparently, there is no help available.

No product support to speak of
No actual product support to speak of. Contacted them sept 17th and other than a confirmation of receipt nothing yet. Essentially making my preamp largely unusable due to clicking sounds on the USB DAC. Firmware update and tool available on website that should address this except just doesn’t work since tool does not select newest firmware and path to desired firmware cannot be altered in any way. Only started using the USB input on my pre-box ds2 digital recently, if only I’d have known before…I could have returned it and moved on to another producer that does actually support their products.

Bad quality pretty players
Very disappointed with both the quality of their players and they customer service.
I got a player around 2 years ago and some connectors are already not working properly. Have been waiting for a month for a reply from their customer service and still nothing. I will probably have to end buying a new one but for sure it's not going to be a Pro-ject.

Terrible experience
Terrible experience.
Bought a record player from them and after 2 years the output connectors are starting to not work.
I think they probably don't use quality materials in their record players.

den pladespiller (Projekt PRIMERY til 1500 kr) jeg har købt fuld af fejl MOTOREN BRUMMER (som et gammelt køleskab) og vibrasionerne går direkte i Plintet og Phonokablet (fastmonteret på pladespilleren) er Dårligt Skærmet ellers spiller den fint (ved lidt hørere lydstyrke)
Gummiføderne isolere fint for vibrasioner
