Enjoyable, informative and with practical lessons to apply to my work

Dan was a very engaging, enthusiastic and humorous teacher and he made the content very easy to understand and absorb. Thoroughly enjoyed both the Foundation and Practitioner courses and would recommend to anyone looking to get into Change Management.

Course was well structured and the trainer had plenty of experience and insight to make the week far more interesting and useful than just learning how to pass the exams. Good overall balance of tools, listening and exercises.

A value adding, interactive workshop with the right amount of agile context, and useful change management tools.

It was a really good course. The facilitator was very knowledgeable. I felt the first day could have been slightly more interactive as I started to lose focus towards the end of the day.

Great insights and a different way to thingk about change!

Change Management Foundation workshop was a well organized 3 days of learning. Facilitator was highly knowledgeable and experienced which made the subject interesting. He was able to balance the knowledge transfer as well as exam preparation so that at the end of the 3 days I felt quite confident in the theoretical knowledge of Change Management Principles and its applications.

Fantastic balance of theory that is then translated into practical information through the use of real life examples.

I thoroughly enjoyed the course and learned so much. The other participants seemed to share this experience. Hearing actual practical applications of the theory was invaluable.
