Parcel arrived timely but tape was not sufficient to glue. After sending some pictures I received stronger tape which worked.
Unfortunately the parts doesn’t fit very well so if you want a perfect replacement I will not recommend it. I can live with it though..

Good product and item was well packed.

Centre console Matt black cover Tesla model 3 Gen 1, although could have been a nicer fit if made a millimetre wider but a what a well made product; looks fantastic.

Great customer service. A product arrived with some damage (presumably from shipping) and the issue was resolved very quickly with good communication from Proleep.

Brilliant product easy to fit looks great

I had a problem with my product and send photos and information about the problem. The customer service was super fast to reply and wanted to help me with my problem.
They even responded to me on a weekend! I didn't expect it. Now the problem is fixed and there wasn't any extra payments for me!

The product looks good. But the tejp included wasnt sticking to the panels.

Even though I added a lot of tejp myself, it doesnt really stay in place. 😒

Often experienced same day or next day at the latest responses and felt an eagerness to help.

The product was exactly like advertised and much higher quality than I expected from the price.

I even had a tiny problem of what looked like a production problem in regards to the tape on my product, after contacting support they immediately solved it for me by sending replacement tape.

Teuer und nicht besser als bei Alibaba. Wollte nach wiederholter Reklamation mein Geld zurück. Taten erst so als ob es kein Problem wäre, am Schluss bekam ich nur einen Gutschein für ihren Shop. Das grenzt an Betrug.

Looks good but the double sided tape inside wasn’t strong enough both ends

Raised concerns about product and attempted to contact customer service. When I ask for a refund, I keep getting passed on to the next associate that begins the process all over again. As of now, there has been no resolution. Frustrating.

The stickers are not strong, after two days they came loose and I had to remove the panel moldings, I wasted my money

Producted was damaged. Desappointed.

Received the blackout kit but the door panel pieces would not stay on. I sent in a support request and quickly received a response verifying my address and replacement tape is on the way. Excellent customer service.

Cessa was great in helping me get my issue resolved. She had a replacement sent out to me within 24 hours. Couldn't be happier with the service I received, and it's great to see the company stand behind their product!
