After 10 Months the product was getting worse. First Contact with AI Customer Support was ok. My case was Handed over to the warranty Team 4 weeks ago. No response .. no nothing
Centre console Matt black cover Tesla model 3 Gen 1, although could have been a nicer fit if made a millimetre wider but a what a well made product; looks fantastic. Great customer service.

Leider kam bei und das Produkt beschädigt an. Das lag allerdings an dem Lieferanten, das paket war beschädigt.
Der Service ist Top, mir wurde sehr schnell geantwortet und mein Fall wurde gelöst.

The door Panel Covers and Dashboard Covers for 2024 Telsa Y do not fit as described on the website, pictures, and videos. After waiting over a month, the vendor sent a replacement set, and the same thing happened; it did not fit, and I tried to return it, but it was impossible. I would not recommend it.

Had an issue with the dash cover…
Had an issue with the dash cover popping off and after I contacted Proleep their team sent me a replacement out. They were definitely good to deal with and they make a great product.

The order process is great. the quality of the ordered product is high and this affects the final effect, which is very OK. a small delay in delivery and monitoring, but the order finally arrived, very well secured.

Ordered on a bit of a limb
Ordered on a bit of a limb, as I don’t trust abroad shipping, but after some delays mostly due to Royal Mail, the product arrived as expected. The quality is there so happy with it!
Due to delays, I’ve reached to customer support and they were very prompt and helpful with information so a plus for that too!
I will use again for sure!

It simply doesn't fit
It simply doesn't fit, there is a gap of 2mm on the door-pieces, it is badly visible. And 1mm on the dashboard front seat passenger side, also visible
