Propermusic.com is part of the Proper Music Group Ltd and was launched as an online store in October 2011 to supply music CD's, Vinyl, Bx Sets etc... direct to customers at competitive prices with an exceptional level of customer service. We've been supporting independent record labels and music since 1988. Our main aim is to provide an online shop window for the kinds of specialist music from artists and labels that you would not otherwise have the opportunity to find or discover in stock elsewhere. Our sister company, Proper Music Distribution is the largest independent distributor in the UK and we are able to supply music from over 2000+ labels from all over the world, regularly releasing over 150 new releases or re-issues every week. We employ dedicated and experienced staff who provide a polite and professional level of customer service through our extensive product knowledge from working within the music industry for many years. All our orders are despatched using a first class or airmail service with Royal Mail (Tracked as standard for all UK orders, optional for ROW) or via our network of courier services. Your opinion matters greatly to us and our reputation relies on it, so any feedback good or bad would be greatly appreciated and most welcomed. Your total satisfaction with our service is our ultimate goal.

What I Wanted, Fast
Quick, efficient service. From hearing a song on the radio to a vinyl copy in my hands, all within 72 hours (and I heard it too late at night even to search for it online until the next day).

Not heard of you before so I was a little cautious. You had a particular album I was looking for at a good price. The whole process was strait forward and postage was quick and good value. Well packaged item, very pleased overall!

My CDs arrived promptly
My CDs arrived promptly, securely packaged, and I have been enjoying listening to them since. I made these particular choices as I was fortunate/lucky enough (?) to visit Les Cousins in the 1960s and the 'Cousins' triple cd set brought back memories and thoughts about what stimulated me to learn guitar!
Excellent booklet notes re choice of artists and tracks with really helpful information. Thank you!

I was truly impressed with Proper Music record shop! Even though it was my first time ordering, the service was absolutely exemplary. My songs arrived right on time maybe faster than I even expected.
