SMSF valuations for reporting purposes
Found these valuers online. They're communication and feedback was almost instanteous. The work they performed was fast and accurate. Very speedy, and highly recommended.

Several applications submitted &…
Several applications submitted & started off really well, but then a little delay in receiving some valuations. Difficulties arose where some properties not known to Property Price, most likely due to various locations they may not have had prior knowledge of the area. Understand that it makes it difficult when onsite visit aren't possible. Comparables very helpful.

Report was never received for 31A…
Report was never received for 31A Stawell St Kew 3101 despite several follow ups. Also no refund has been received and no reply to my complaint. Robert Townsend.
Report has now been received following posting of the this review. Not sure getting something several months late after earlier correspondence is worth any thing more than 2 stars. Report was of only marginal interest, perhaps because the property requested for the valuation has only been sold once since the early 1950s, so very little is known about it.

thanks for the feedback and my apologies as when i back tracked the request in June it did indeed get ignored unintentionally. I didn't realize until now that this happened as it was our first month working with bgl and hubspot as a contact tool. So oops just fell between the cracks I'm afraid. As it is my company and reputation, is there a way i can make it up to you please? can we offer to do some free valuations for you for example, as i would like to have the 1 star review fixed if at all possible . Fast, comprehensive...and accurate!
We were very impressed with the accuracy and speed of delivery of the property report we received from Property Pricer. The report was incredibly detailed and provided us with all the information needed. We had previously struggled to find another valuation that provided us with a high-confidence ranking in their result, so this was precisely what we needed!
The report was delivered to us the same day which surprised us, and was extremely helpful as we were on a tight deadline.
We would highly recommend Property Pricer to anyone looking for a comprehensive and accurate property valuation report, especially if you are having difficulty in valuing a property due to a lack of comparable options. We will be using this again!

Was advised I needed to provide photos…
Was advised I needed to provide photos of the property, which I did. I then received an email stating they were finished with valuations and closing the company, we would receive a refund. Did not get a valuation from them.
