I honestly couldn’t be any more thankful for Steph’s help. She really went above and beyond to help me during my job interview process, and it was a big success! She is honestly exceptional at what she does, and genuinely cares about the well-being of the people she recruits. She checked up on me throughout the process, and went out of her way to call and text me on her days off for update and encouragement. I really hope the best for her in her career! I honestly will and do strongly recommend her for anyone who needs that push getting through the job process. Many, many thanks Steph!

Steph, my recruiter was amazing! From the start she was extremely supportive, checking up on my on my interview days to give me a prep talk, practice interview run and extra tips to make sure I pass each stage of the process.
She was extremely personable despite me never seeing her face or meeting up with her face to face.

I just wanted to give some feedback in regards to Steph Ricketts who has been looking after my recruitment.

Steph has been nothing short of outstanding, she is so responsive and clearly very good at what she does, she has placed 3 team members in my district who have been the talk of the district, one of which is now known as ‘The Smile of the Development’
She has also placed one team member in our neighbouring district who has received outstanding feedback also. Steph clearly spends time getting to know the candidates meaning there have never been any surprises on either side, something I have experienced with other recruiters in the past.

The candidates Steph has sent me through have always been of the right calibre according to what I ask for, and she has always checked in to ensure smooth sailing etc.

I recently appointed Proprec on behalf of SCC to begin the search for a Chief People Officer to join SCC’s Executive board.

The initial engagement with Chris was excellent. From the outset we spent considerable time discussing the role and the type of person I was looking to employ, focussing on having the right skill set as well as being the right cultural fit for SCC. Chris’ experience was invaluable in advising the correct package to attract the right calibre of candidate.

Once we had the role profile identified, Proprec worked quickly to source and presented back a number of candidates for potential interview.

The standard of candidate briefing provided by Proprec was excellent, this helped me identify the candidates I thought would be ‘best fit’ to move forward for interview.

Following the initial interviews, I received good constructive feedback from each candidate via Chis which helped to shape the next stage of the process.

Once the correct candidate had been identified, Chris swiftly secured their contract of employment on behalf of SCC – working diligently to ensure that the best package for the role was identified and confirmed.

Working with Chris @ Proprec has been a really positive and supportive experience from initial contact to final securing of the right person for the role. This senior role so was important to get right. Chris understood the brief and translated that through to credible options for interview ensuring it was a right fit around skillset and cultural fit, but importantly prepared myself and the candidate ahead of the interviews to ensure we both received the maximum benefit from the process.

I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending Proprec to support your business with the recruitment of C suite level candidates.

Really polite and supportive throughout. They were attentive when it came to identifying what jobs go with my skill set. Prepared me well for the interview I had, gave me plenty of encouragement beforehand and checked to see how it went afterwards. Altogether it was a great experience and I would recommend for sure.
