From the get-go, Katy was honest. This is something within this climate people need from recruiters. She prepared me for my interview and took on my feedback which made me feel valued and appreciated. She was there every step of the way. There is nothing worse than a consultant ghosting you after interviews. Candidates deserve and require feedback to succeed in the world. Not just the world with Covid but for the foreseeable future! I believe Katy delivers this.

Managed to land a senior role with Katy from PropRecs help, was a bit out of the blue but if she hadn’t have called me and gone through the opportunity then it would never have landed to me. Can’t thank them enough for the help and even a couple of calls way out of hours to get things confirmed. Great company to work with.

Steph was literally an angel. The whole interview process ran very smooth and successful and it was Very thorough and fun experience. Every Steph of the way Steph have me advise, she even called before and after every stage of my interview, she made the process much more assuring.

Following on from a call this morning from Natalie about an exciting new role within the space of 30 minutes she had lined up and interview for the following day and provided me with background not only on my Interviewer but the company. This was then followed up by a call to ensure I had received the info and some tips to prepare me.

Its very refreshing for this approach as some recruiters seem more interested in the commission that the candidate and or role.
