In short, Holy Cow is this thing awesome! I received a product that was well packaged, obviously manufactured with high quality standards, and very thorough printed and video instructions. From the initial opening of the package to the first hitch-up, I was impressed. For the first tow, I purposely waited for a windy gusty day and that day was yesterday in Boise. First drive did not disappoint. Truck and trailer handled as a single unit going down the highway despite all the wind gusts. I still need to head to the scales to dial in the weight distribution, but so far this thing has alleviated my previous anxiety while towing. '08 F250 loaded to near-payload capacity & Ibex 20BHS.

Had to customize a lot of brackets to fit my trailer. Hitch seems to work ok, but haven’t had a lot of miles yet.

Customer service was a10, owned up to a mistake and fixed it right away.

I've had the hitch for 5 years now. I have no other connection to or interest in ProPride. The hitch is simply the best one out there for sway control and weight distribution for larger, heavier trailers. The customer support was superb 5 years ago when I was installing the hitch and got a callback from Sean on a Sunday afternoon, resolving an installation issue I was having.

The customer support as of a couple of weeks ago is still superb. We got hit with a major crosswind gust out in West Texas. The actual gust was mid-60s or higher. This, coupled with the 10% slope descent into Palo Duro Canyon apparently sheared a bolt in the anti-sway portion of the hitch. It speaks to the quality and safety of the hitch that I was unaware of the problem until we'd gotten down and driven 7 miles to the campground. It turns out the anti-sway yoke was damaged when the shear happened.

A major concern with a hitch like this is that it's complicated, with a lot of custom parts, and the local Ace Hardware isn't going to be much help if something breaks. I called ProPride and, 20 seconds later, was speaking to Brent. He walked me through things to check to ensure I'd discovered any other damage, then said the parts were on the way. Under warranty. Two days later the yoke and all necessary hardware was delivered to the closest town. An hour's work and the hitch was repaired. The trip home, despite serious crosswinds, was smooth and the hitch is fine. I should note that, on the new part, ProPride had already changed the type of bolt to one more resistant to shearing.

Consistently excellent, highly competent customer service is rare anymore, as is someone standing by their product for 5 years. Sean has done a great job of growing and improving the company, while still retaining the customer service that ProPride was already legendary for when I was shopping for my hitch 5 years ago.

Awesome company to work with...love my ProPride hitch!

After a season of using a top-of-the-line weight distribution hitch to pull our 33' travel trailer for several camping trips, I was left looking for more stable and relaxed towing experience. This is exactly what I got with the ProPride 3P. The traditional WDH mitigated sway, but the trailer would still try to point the truck in different directions based on wind and passing vehicles. This is a significant issue when driving on Texas highways with speed limits of 75 mph and you can only tow at 60 mph or less due to the lack of stability.

The 3P eliminated all of this and made for a confidence-inspiring drive within the first 5 minutes. I was able to set the cruse to 65 mph and keep a light hand on the wheel with the trailer feeling like it was locked together with the truck.

Customer service is outstanding. Was even able to get Brent on the phone during install. Can't say enough good things about the hitch and the company !

I don't want to risk injury or loss by towing without the very best option for ELIMINATING trailer sway.
I have been towing trailers for a very long time. 10 years ago we had an accident due to trailer sway.
our new Travel Trailer flipped on the intersatate and nearly killed my passengers, not to mention ruining our trip and the risk of injuring other people in surrounding vehicles.
Do your homework, study your towing capacity and know the risks you are taking!
Propride is definitely the best way to ensure a safe and comfortable towing experience!!

Fantastic company to deal with. Product not only lives up to all the hype but the customer service and attitude from Pro Pride is absolutely amazing. They will help make your towing experience a winner in any way they can. While it's expensive, it's worth every penny to have peace of mind while towing. Can't say enough good things about them and their product. Been the other route with a few of their competition and this product truly delivers what they say it will. Buy it and relax and enjoy the experience.

I asked for help from Brent an i get the help every time.

We have over 3,000 miles on our P3 now, and we love it. We really didn't have any issues with our Weigh Safe Hitch, but the main reason I wanted the P3 was how easy/fast it is to connect and disconnect from our truck. This feature isn't discussed often, so I wanted to get the word out there.

The hitch arrived in perfect condition due to the great packing job from ProPride. Installation instructions were easily followed and complete. I've towed campers for 9 years using a wdh with chains. The difference ProPride 3P made in my first trip was unbelievable. Greater turning radius, no noise when traveling or backing up, and when 18 wheelers passed me on the interstate there was no "pull" that I experienced previously. There is a learning curve for hitching and unhitching, but one I will enjoy mastering. I'm certainly glad I invested in this hitch!

Absolute pleasure ordering and working with ProPride. Both Brent and Sean answered all my questions and some of them were really direct and pointed questions about cost, weight, value, etc. In the end, I purchased the 3P hitch from them because I could tell they cared deeply about their customers and products. I only wish every business took this much pride and care. I guess it's in the name. Oh, the hitch is amazing too but you probably already know that.

Pleased with the purchase and customer service. Very responsive. This hitch is a great improvement over my old hitch, plus it is much easier to adjust. Highly recommend.

Pre order questions were answered quickly. I believe order was received about 2-3 weeks after order placed. Have not mounted it yet so I can’t speak of how install goes yet

Good after-order followup to be sure everything was going as planned. Terrific technical information/videos on some accessory equipment and reasons why they might be useful with the hitch. Helped to avoid having to order later and wait on parts.

Have had my pro pride hitch for 3 years ! Towed my forest River 2104S 7500 miles with a Toyota Sequoia SUV never a problem with sway ! Very pleased ! CIMRON2022

Overall I’m blown away with the team at ProPride. Super quick to respond to my questions. Once I made the purchase it shipped almost immediately. Provided accurate tracking information and when I received the hitch, the packaging was exceptional.
