No se en que momento me suscribí. Seguramente como otra persona que leí, comenzó a debitarse automáticamente. Deseo darme de baja y no encuentro la forma de hacerlo. Necesito me contacten para darme de baja y que no sigan debitando de mi cuenta.

I purchased online and the app never worked so I deleted and never used the product
They then deducted payments every month for a product I never used
When asking for a refund they declined
Very poor form
Be very careful because if you research this platform it is listed as a scam

Today is my first day using Prosperi Academy and i have completed chapter 1 of Investment Course . This is one of the best trading company not only trading company but also a learning space where you have to acquire most needed skills from different professional mentors before you make a decision of trading with prosperi and know what you can do to make your money generating income instead of saving them in the banks

To draw money without my prior consent is a lack of respect. I wish I see my money returned otherwise I Will be forced to change my bank card.
Shame on you.
You should not dare do that again to People Who do not deserve to be treated this way. What service did you offer to me if not a ponzy scheme sort of.

Stringent Policy and completely inflexible and unhelpfu lcustomer service
While Prosperi content is great from scanning through it, there customer service is unfortunately needs more work. They are very inflexible even towards those is dire situations. I bought a 3 months subscription sometime in September 2024, but unfortunately, due to sickness I was unable to go through all the material. I even forgot to cancel the subscription and £19.99 was taken out on the 3rd of December and explained that I am unwell and forgot to cancel the subscription and would appreciate a refund for this payment as I will not be able to utilise the service. They insisted that there is nothing they could do as per their policy, I do not meet the criteria for a refund, even though refund is at their discretion. Also, that I can access their service until the 2nd of January. They failed to acknowledge even though I had said repeatedly that due to ill health I cannot assimilate any information. At the end, I just deleted the account because it serves me no purpose, just an awful reminder that money has been taken from
me for something I cannot use. An unfortuante reminder that of my health challenge thus making me feel even more vulnerable. Well done to them for a great customer service!
Update: I was offered a 50% refund after I emailed saying I have deleted my account and will leaving a review on Trustpilot. I saw this email post my review and here I am providing update.
