Do not even try it

I accepted the trial , browsed through it and cancelled before the trial ended.
I was charged $40 today.
I immediately emailed to rectify the situation.
They refused the refund , but did grant me the justice of unsubscribing me !!!
I sent a reply , explaining again why I wanted a refund.
They have sent me another email stating that my case doesn’t meet the criteria for a refund.
Absolute scam.
A company that is touted as a way to learn to grow wealth , taking money it’s not entitled to!!!
I guess stealing is one way to grow wealth.

Attenzione!

Hello,

Thank you for sharing your feedback, and we understand your frustration. If the cancellation process wasn't completed correctly, the subscription charges would continue as usual. Often, users may think they have canceled but may not have gone through the necessary steps to fully cancel the subscription, especially if the app was deleted without completing the cancellation within the account settings.

We recommend checking the subscription status in your account to ensure the cancellation is fully processed. If you still need assistance, please contact us at support@prosperi.io with your details. We are committed to resolving the issue and ensuring everything is addressed properly.

Best regards,
The Prosperi Customer Support Team
