Terrible delivery times and no contact from the company when I reached out to see whether the order had actually been shipped. Very disappointed.

Product quality and prices are good.
Mixed experiences with order times. Previous orders have arrived quickly with good communication. Latest order took 3 weeks to arrive after multiple unanswered emails and had to open a PayPal dispute to get a response. So I really don’t know…

Its not really that big of a deal! I paid my money to you in return for a product, you sent me my product, as expected. Happy to get my goods, but its what was supposed to happen. 4 or 5 star reviews are for merchants to go way above and beyond normal service.

Received a product that was different from what I ordered. Upon emailing they confirmed the ingredients are same and the company has stopped making the earlier ones. Also offered a refund. But based on their explanations I retained the product.

my products weren't dispatched within the promised timeline. Communication was lacking, took days for a reply to any emails I sent, and sometimes there was no reply. My request for a refund was ignored and eventually my products were duspatched, after 3 weeks of emailing and chasing up the company. It was very frustrating and I definitely will not be ordering again.

Whilst my order took a month to be delivered they did eventually get in touch to explain . Product delivered exactly as ordered. Legit business perhaps just with a few teething issues.

The screw top was not sealed with the plastic security seal.
I opened it, the security seal was also open.
Multiple emails including sales email and 1300 number, went to messages they are supposed to respond within 24hrs no response still!
