Prompt service and delivery. The product is great. Full flavour without the gut issues.

Recently after having had a payment issue I received a prompt , efficient & effective resolution accounted for by David. Pro Supplements have always supplied a quality product in a very timely manner (Melbourne to Perth in less than a week) since I started ordering from them over 3 years ago & at a great price too. Thanks again for your assistance David

Order was ‘missed’ and not processed for 2 weeks. Then Item was out of stock (still listed ‘in stock’ on website) so order didn’t arrive for a month.

Terrible Customer Service and I feel I just wasted my time and money
I placed an order 10 days ago and never received a email regarding dispatched tracking order.
I have tried to contact them multiple times via email, phone and their “contact us” which states:
“We're happy to answer questions, help you with returns, or give advice in relation to products”.
“Please fill out the form below if you need assistance, and we will reply within 24 hours”.
After 7 days I still have not received any correspondence from them..
Looking at previous reviews it seems they do respond to their poor reviews. So if a response is given, Pro Supplements Australia please accept “👎🏻in advance “

I've purchased the Animal Pak supplement from ProSupplements Australia on multiple occasions, and I'm thoroughly impressed with both the product and the service.

12 days since I placed my order and it still hasn’t arrived. Waiting for customer service to respond to me but….. I’d say their customer service or lack there of needs a good shake up and I won’t order from them again for this reason

I'm changing my review from 1 star stating it's a scam site to 4 stars because after 10 days I have received my order. The problem is there no update or status check. Nor do they reply to emails. I really thought my money is gone. But after 10 days I have received my products. So yea 4 stars but they have to improve customer relation and keep them in the loop plus they take took 10 days to deliver as I had to leave the country but my kind neighbor has received the products on my behalf.
