We used Protection Plus many years ago. After returning from an expat assignment, we researched different alarm companies, but were unimpressed with the initial sales service and monthly monitoring costs. As we had had a good experience with Protection plus previously, we contacted them again and have not been disappointed.

The information we received from our initial phone enquiry was detailed and professional. The installation was scheduled quickly, and the technician who installed the hardware was prompt, cheerful and efficient. We required a system which did not require a conventional home-phone line (using the cellular system instead) and found that pricing was better than some "big boys".

John came and installed the system and he was attentive/patient and diligent in his explanation on how to operate the system. System is operating smoothly so far. John was kind to take time to go through the exercise with myself and souse on how to operate the system and configured the zone names appropriately to keep things in a logical sense for the family. Thank you John for your time/effort and expertise. Truly top notch!!!

I recently purchased a home through a private sale and was resuming the services of protection plus from the previous owners, for my home alarm system / monitoring. The transition was seamless. Everyone I interacted with; from representatives over the phone to the gentleman who came by to test and explain my alarm system were a pleasure to deal with. The communication was clear, and they made sure I understood everything before proceeding.

I cannot recommend Protection Plus more, and I would not hesitate in mentioning them, If I was asked for a referral.

Great work again from protection plus. Johnny V installed locks on all my interior doors and even a padlock on a pair of sliding glass doors/dealt with old tumblers without the key like a pro. Thank you Johnny and to Steve also for setting the appointment

Contractor was diligent (Verne I believe ), and quite meticulous. He ran into the odd roadblock as this was a not a new build home. He spent many hours there, with only complaint being the ceilings had holes and were repaired at MY expense!

Protection Plus upgraded our aging alarm system by integrating the old technology with newer technology as needed. John was prompt, efficient and left absolutely no mess behind! He spent time explaining the new features and resolved any concerns that I had. Much appreciated!

The technician answered all our questions and even gave us options for future upgrades that we requested. The equipment itself was modern and fit the design decor of our house. Salesperson was very friendly and knowledgeable. The installation however did not go as smoothly as we thought it would. The technician did not clean after himself and scratched a brand new door that we installed only a month ago. We would have appreciated a follow-up from someone, to explain us how the system installed works, or at the very least to gauge our satisfaction. The only thing we got is a call and a follow-up email from their administrative team asking us, again, what was our credit card number as the technician forgot to write it down when he came over. All in all, we're happy with the system, but we're a bit disappointed with the service.

Right from my initial inquiry, I found the people helpful and efficient. The estimate was provided by Mike that was clear and exactly what I requested. The installation was timely and was a pleasant experience. John was very helpful, explained everything and made sure that the instructions were understood.
I would recommend Protection Plus to anyone
