Hardeep was a efficient and very professional. He ensured when doing the outside camera there was enough to stretch to have it in a better spot . And cord was long enough to capture everthing at front door. Very happy with service e today.

We have been with CSP since we purchased our rental properties and they have been excellent with the service and just working with us to set up the systems that we put in our properties the minute we purchase them. We have very interesting stories on what we see on our cameras but we are very happy with their company and services. We highly recommend them to other customers like us. I would also like to recognize Eric one of their support workers. He has done so many things to help us with our systems that I want to make sure he gets the recognition that he deserves. Hardeep did an outstanding job installing our home security system. He was punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He walked us through every step of the setup, answered all of our questions with patience, and made sure we were completely comfortable using the system before he left. The installation was neat, efficient, and done with great attention to detail.

We also want to recognize Heather, our account manager, who provided exceptional service both before and after the installation. She was attentive, responsive, and took the time to answer all of our questions, ensuring everything went smoothly from start to finish. She even checked in with us afterward, which truly showed her commitment to customer care.

Excellent communication and clear explanations by Katie K. of CSP from day one of our initial inquiry and throughout. We were advised about the alarm monitoring features and the setup process. Katie was able to squeeze us in for the installation on the desired date + accommodate our late request for change/upgrade with few additional monitoring items. I needed an alarm system installed with surveillance cameras, and I ended up getting more than what I expected! I felt like I had a personal concierge the entire time, who walked me through the process and was available to me to answer any question or concerns I had along the way. The technician who came was professional and polite, and really efficient with the installation. The views from the cameras are super clear, and pick up sound/vision from all the way down the street from me! I like how I can monitor my home from anywhere I am with the app, especially if I forget to arm/disarm the system. Overall I'm very satisfied with the service they provided, and I'm so glad I chose CSP!

Our smart home features, like remote thermostat control and multiple temperature sensors, let me keep our home comfortable and safe on the fly, even when I’m away from my family.

One of the things I appreciate most is that CSP is a Canadian company with support staff based right here in Canada. Their customer service is truly second to none. They proactively call or email to remind me about low batteries, follow up on requests I (admittedly) forget about, and respond within seconds any time a sensor goes off.

We were having a little trouble with the system so called and were given an appointment with a technician within a couple days. Tamim kept us informed as to his arrival time and fixed our problem quickly and was very pleasant to deal with!
