Approachable, transparent and patient.
First time company accounts for us and Provester offered an affordable service and plenty of handholding through our first filing. Very impressed with their professionalism and patience. Great value service with room to upgrade to higher levels of advice as we grow.

Extremely poor value for money and a significant waste of time. In addition to the monthly or annual subscription fee, the company charges extra to complete your annual filing if you were not a client in the previous year. In practice, the total cost ends up being around two to three times that of a local accountant who would handle everything end to end.
My experience with them despite paying for a full year of service, no filing and no company update was completed on my behalf. My account was not even onboarded into their system. I was repeatedly told they were waiting for a code from my previous accountant, yet this remained unresolved for almost a year.
The company appears to be legally well protected by its contracts, so prospective clients should read the fine print very carefully before signing up.

I'm impressed with the service from Provestor. I was seeking a one-off property tax enquiry consulation. The website is clear on options and costs. Jess was very efficient with the arrangements and the consultation was professional and helpful.

Had to chase several times and submitted a number of requests for a call back, finally had to email for someone to get back to me. After having an initial discussion I was advised it would cost me £150 per month! Even though I was willing to bring other business etc across no incentives for new comers and extremely expensive. Asked if management could review advised they never budge on price. Its a shame to be honest

We always strive to accommodate our clients within our schedule as efficiently as possible.
Pricing Structure: The recommendation for our Growth Advisor package at £149/m inc VAT was based on a detailed analysis of your portfolio. We recognise that every client’s requirements are unique. In your case, due to the size and complexity, particularly with the inclusion of commercial properties, this package was deemed the most appropriate to ensure you receive comprehensive and expert advice tailored to your needs.
Pricing Flexibility: While we would love to provide discounts or incentives to all our clients, our pricing is a reflection of the value and expertise we offer. We do have referral incentives in place to show our appreciation for those who bring in new clients. However, it’s important to note that our pricing model is already optimised to provide the best value for the quality of service rendered. As such, we cannot match the prices you’ve been quoted elsewhere while still maintaining our high standard of service.

I had a telephone consultation with Nadeem this Wednesday, he was very helpful, knowledgeable and he addressed all of my queries. The advice I got was very useful. He did the recording of our telephone consultation, I think it will be very useful to listen back. Definitely recommending to others. The money I paid for the service was totally worth it. Definitely using other services they have.

The software is improving. There are features as a client I feel are missing or not quite intuitive but very often these are for my benefit and not required for purpose of company accounting.

I received really useful advice during my telephone consultation. Everything was explained to me in simple terms, giving me a clear understanding of what I need to do to set up my business. Nadeem was friendly and happy to answer all of my questions. Also, the recording of the consultation was great to listen back on as a reminder of what was discussed.

My husband has used Provestor as his accountants for over a year, for both his personal and limited company accounts. I deal with the everyday issues, like using the online accounting system that they provide. I have found that their online system is very easy to use and if I have any issues I can phone or email them and get a quick response to my query. Chloe our account handler is always available and is very efficient and friendly. I would certainly recommend this company, as I feel they offer good value for money and and efficient service.

Highly recommend Provestor. I had a 45 minute initial chat with one of their tax accountants. The whole process was very clear, a fact find document was completed before the call which meant the call addressed all my points. The advisor was very knowledgeable and addressed all the points I wanted to discuss - there was time to left over at the end to discuss some general points. I was sent a follow up email with the points we discussed so I had a point of reference after the call.
