I am extremely satisfied with the service provided. The technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. They quickly diagnosed the problem and efficiently fixed it. I would highly recommend PRS as they are reliable, trustworthy and genuinely care about their customers.

My experiences dealing with PRS
It's always a challenge and a pleasure to deal with PRS. Whilst developing our BuildStage product for them we have had many conversations resulting in updating the software. They are always happy to be involved in the user testing and have shown great patience if the first version is not quite right!
For anybody considering working with them I would wholly recommend them.
