PSA Financial Services Ltd was recommended to us by a friend. Glen Coleman dealt with our enquiries and went on to deal with our pension needs. We felt that we were were dealt with competently, eficiently and fairly. Every step of the process was transparent and made easy for us. As i am due to retire very soon i started doing some research into where to invest my pension funds, i was recommended to consider contacting PSA by a work colleague who himself has been with PSA for many years & has been extremely happy with their service & returns on his investments. I was put in touch with Glen Coleman who from day one has given me good honest advice as to where to invest my pension, he ran me through the whole process very smoothly so i understood every part of the plan.

We needed help with our finances with a number of pensions and not a lot of knowledge on how to get the best from them! We were recommended PSA by a friend who uses them and we are so glad we took the step. Ravi contacted us very early on after an initial appointment with another colleague who had retired. Ravi came to our house one evening and spent a couple of hours going through paperwork and ensuring he understood our requirements. Since then he has been in regular contact with any updates or information to help us get the best from our finances while also ensuring we understand and are comfortable with our decisions, no rushed appointments. He has great knowledge of the products but also understands the importance of building a trusting, long term relationship with you while remaining professional. Ravi was also able to put us in contact with other colleagues for mortgage and will advice and based on our experience so far we look forward to dealing with PSA on broader level.

Ravi has always given great financial advice over the many years I have been dealing with him. He is always very approachable, which is a rare thing in these days of faceless corporate management. He is always available to explain even the smallest detail in laymans terms so I can make informed decisions with regard to my finances.
