The people! all staff not just the seniors are conscientious, firstly matching product to client needs, then chasing things through without client having to ask first, keeping client updated, making contact with lender, solicitors to ensure pressure and communications leaving no stone overturned.

A Great Vibe: Alex has helped me in the past with a highly unusual BTL mortgage and achieved an excellent outcome against all the odds, including appealing successfully against a (post offer) lender’s last minute refusal. She arranged quotes again in November ’23 for the re-mortgaging of a different property and put in hours of work. On this occasion the original lender succumbed to her competition, but the risk of this happening had not deterred her at all. Vibe Mortgage Finance is a rarity in a world of corporate facelessness where frankly speaking no one seems to care about anything or anyone. They not only know what they are doing, but pilot you through the whole mortgage journey from start to finish, excelling in what most other firms now consider is now beneath them: looking after you.

George Sanford, my specialist mortgage advisor, could not have been more helpful, encouraging, and supportive from the start - pulling copious rabbits out of hats, and going above and beyond the call of duty on numerous occasions. As a freelancer, and particularly given the dispiriting and challenging nature of the current economic climate, there were countless times when I feared one or other of my mortgage applications would fail. George made sure they didn’t.

Always courteous, upbeat, and willing to do business on the phone (shock horror!) and even face to face, George was a constant pleasure to deal with and kept the faith even if there were times when I didn’t.

I could not recommend either Vibe as an entity, or George personally, more highly. Without doubt, they will be my first port of call when it is time to remortgage.

Conceptually we understood there would be differences between continental European mortgages and UK mortgages. Now we have experienced them in practice. Without excellent support of Kate, Ellie and George we would not have been in a position to fix challenging issues we encountered in application process as overseas landlords. We can highly recommend them!
