Beware of Pulsar Shop
I am writing this review to warn others about Pulsarshop’s lack of customer service and product support.
Pulsar’s DL6 is seriously flawed not worth your money. I have had 2 of them and after a month or two they die. It is not an issue with the pins, the entire unit dies.
I reported it to customer service and provided a one time replacement but that died a month later. These people showed great ingenuity in designing the DL6 to be secretive but they forgot to support the product after. When the second one failed they totally blew me off.
A reputable company would want to know the problem, would want the bad one back to investigate the issue. But not these guys. I think they know they put a piece of crap out and they can’t afford to make them right.
Do not waste your money on products from Pulsar Shop, they do not care about their customers at all.

I had an issue with my Pulsar device and was frustrated at first, but the customer service team completely turned things around. They went above and beyond — That’s rare these days, thoughtful service that made me feel truly valued as a customer. Huge thank-you for going the extra mile!

My battery stopped working after less than a week. I purchased it at a random shop near me and emailed customer service as a last ditch effort. Within 6 hours, Monica had a new battery being shipped to my house with just a screen shot of my bank showing the purchase (i wasnt given a receipt).
The customer service with Pulsar is some of the best out there!
The customer service with Pulsar is awesome. They are very personable and friendly. I recently had a DL 5.0 that just quit working. Of course it was out of warranty. I contacted them to ask about repair parts and they are replacing the whole unit, for free. I highly recommend.

Very helpful customer service. Helped resolve an issue and gave advice for how to maintain equipment.

Really disappointing
Really disappointing. I ordered 2 items neither have worked as advertised and I really just want my money back. Awaiting a reply from customer service but just really beyond disappointed that you can’t find any reliable vape products anymore.

They're simply the best
The magnet piece on my 510 DL 2.0 broke. I reached out to their customer service team about a possible replacement piece since it was still under warranty. Let me just tell you, they went so above and beyond. They sent me not one, not two, not three, but FOUR new vapes. I'm still smiling. You have a customer for life!

First, I want to say that I love your products. The support I received with my recent inquiry was fabulous. Could not have asked for a better resolution to my problem. Customer Support is excellent!
Top Notch Service
Minor issues handled quickly and professionally. Anyone can sell this stuff so the only real value added is with service after the fact. And Luke should teach a course about it at whatever the local uni is. At least I know where to go for all of this type of gear going forward. Plus, even though they are US based (I think), they have an excellent presence in Canada.
