I went to buy from here and I really appreciated the pricing on the unit I ordered a cookies v beaker in cookies blue and they sent me an entirely different color without even letting me know. the seal was open on the box so I know they checked the color before sending Iâm just extremely disappointed that I didnât even receive the item . This is a great company. I accidentally broke a piece to my new glycerin dab straw. Dropped it right out the box. Pulsar sent me an entire unit right away, they went above and beyond. I will continue to order from this company and support good business! I also ordered the wizard 510 auto draw, great purchase, bigger and better quality than I thought I was getting. My first order from this company was awesome. It was here in a timely manner and nothing was broken and they responded right away like they said they do but apparently after being a first time customer, youâre nothing to them. Iâve asked the same question three different times to which I still have not gotten an answer, and I also made my second order through them Being optimistic. It was almost a week ago and it STILL hasnât been shipped. On Their site they use the hurricane as an excuse which I can partially understand but if there are this many problems, maybe you shouldnât be open for business. Or maybe just answer your customers that were willing to spend more money. This company really needs to reevaluate how they do customer care because it doesnât seem like they care at all. I just want what I paid for and I probably wonât be ordering from these people again

When I first started getting pulsar, it was grade A. But the coils Iâve been getting have NOT worked!!!!! Do not waste your money now. I spend $50 on a five pack of coils and only 2 work!!! And the company doesnât care!!!! They donât answer emails or anything. Donât waste your money.

Great Company
The customer service and warranty are second to none.
My pulsar rok is pretty good. There are some minor issues with it.
One thing is that the plastic/metal ring that goes around the concentrate bowl sticks onto the glass topper. This makes capping the bowl when you take a hit somewhat awkward, as you have to yank both the ring and glass topper out when you want to clear your chamber of vapor and then you have to awkwardly fit it all back in when you want to create more vapor in the chamber.
This other thing is a nitpick, but there are lots of pieces to manage with my e rig. It is easy to lose them down the drain or break delicate parts when cleaning. With that said, like I said, they are great about helping replace such pieces.

Evolution to Great!
So, I decided to bite and go the vape route. This product was recommended as the most affordable and effective, per the employee at the smoke shop I frequent. I got home and loaded everything and went to use it. I mustâve troubleshot the entire night as to why I could not actually get any vapor through the mouthpiece, not to mention the mouthpiece was burning my lips. I tried to return to the shop and upgrade, but the shop is in the shop of this nature would do, would not allow me to return or upgrade. Being the determined SOB I am, when I arrived back home I used the cleaning tool to pop out the rubber piece in the mouthpiece. So essentially the rubber filter. I then tried the unit again, and oh dear universe! I was getting huge Vape hits, and the mouthpiece surprisingly didnât burn my lips either. Iâm sure the company does not want you to alter the device. However, removing that rubber filter made all of the difference and I am more than satisfied now especially with the price. I think the companies research and development team need to stop getting high on their own supply. ð€£
Why do companies use third party tracking apps?
I bought the Pulsar apx at a vape shop. It is durable, a little restricted on the airflow, but a decent unit. I figured I would upgrade and went right to pulsar's website and ordered the pulsar flow. They took the money out of my account right away but there is no way to know my order status. They want you to download the shop app which is a joke. It's useless. No info there. Learn from Amazon and get people prompt and accurate status tracking!

Worst service ever
Me and my friends (from the Netherlands) tried to buy some vapes on their site. Unfortunately I did not think about the fact that I used three different names: my moms name, because she wanted to pay for the order in advance, because I don't own a creditcard (it's not normal for Dutch people to own a credit card, but she happens to have one bacause the travels a lot), a friend that lives in NYC, because they don't ship to the Netherlands, and my own name of course. They marked my account as fraudulent even though I explained the situation and tried to look for a solution with them. I now understand that it comes off as weird to use 3 different names, but me and my friends just wanted to buy the vapes... The team doesn't work on finding a solution and that's what I cannot understand.
