Awesome service wouldn't buy my tuning parts anywhere else. Great customer service. Very polite and professional. Would recommend them 110%. Never had any issues. I am just about to finish my stage 3 build with the new X49rs hybrid turbo, Pro450 intercooler and big boost pipe kit. Pumaspeed have been more than helpful all the way through the build.

Helping a friend with a recon engine change he got from Pumaspeed. Engine was defective, unable to be used but they refused to honour the warranty. He had loads of hassle and in the end had to get a refund from the credit card provider. Avoid

I’ve used pumaspeed quite a few times for parts for my mk7 st and most recently parts for my mk8 st, and have never had an issue. The best thing is the next day delivery service, especially to Northern Ireland too which not a lot of company’s can do. So will definitely be shopping here again

I orded a st170 brakes for the back of a st180 as this is an upgrade for that car . A week to come and then when I started to fit them the brake pads did not fit in the caliper bracket so I rang them up and to me they did not care less . All he said was we have never had this problem before and said I would have to file the pads to make them fit what a joke and for a kit that is a straight fit this made it a long job with extra work and I was not to happy about having to start modifying the pads in a safety aspect. Will think twice now about ordering from here again

I made a big purchase of £16000 in April 2022 and ever since i have had nothing but problems with everything.
I have had to replace almost every so far that they have touched and as I have replace parts i have found out the parts isnt even what I had ordered in the first place. I have had to spend additional £4000-5000 in parts and labor replacing and fixing everything they have fitted.

I Had paid for an extreme clutch kit for £1500 and have had there pumaspeed clutch that cost £400 instead, also without knowing they hadn't replaced the slave cylinder or flywheel which cause it to fail. I tried going through warranty as it was covered by extreme, but it was made so difficult I had no other choice but to purchase a new clutch from another dealer

I was Ment to have a RS uprated hpfp turns out it is just a standard pump that has failed after 18 months of normal use.

The turbo was sold to me that they would be able to remap the car with maxd out stage 4 but after the work was carried out I was informed they could not map it and it was never offered to me even tho maxd did offer it.
The cams are unknown but do not seem to fit the profile I had specified when making the order.

I have had to have a gearbox rebuild because the gearbox was filled with the wrong fluid and had prematurely worn out all the Syncros luckily not causing any damage to the gears themselves

I made my order because they was welcoming and seemed knowledgeable about what I wanted to do with the car. The only thing that has worked well is the built engine that was built by devil devlopements.

I appreciate Pumaspeed's prompt assistance in resolving the issue with the missing part in my order. Thank you for your excellent customer service.

Had quite a few teething problems all on my end and nothing to do with the products. The guys down at Puma Speed were more than great full to help and offer advice. After a few emails back and forth, my car finally decided to play ball and would let me download the ecu. Great full for there patience and time while trying to rectify the problem.
Customer care dealing with companies in this industry seems to be a forgotten art, so this was a nice change.

Had a reconditioned 1.0 Ecoboost fitted 2 months ago.
Excellent job car was done inside 3 days and goes very well with many other little faults fixed too.

Had a ford ecoboost engine supplied and fitted by this company last week. 4 days later and it’s gone bang, apparently they will not cover it under warranty and there isn’t anything I can do. Staff are very rude and also slagging other companies off whilst myself and 2 other customers were stood there. I have reported them to trading standards and also to my credit card company to get my money back.

I recently bought a couple of sets of spacers for my car. The order came within 24 hours, which itself was excellent. However, I found that one set was incompatible with my aftermarket wheels. Upon contacting them they refunded my money in full with no quibbling whatsoever.

Credit where its due.
Ordered a vacume pump for an Ford Ecoboost on the afternoon, part arrived safely on my doorstep at 8 AM next day.
What more could I wish for.
Fair price too! Good work!

Purchased a stage 2R for my Focus ST Diesel after about a week I received a call from them saying that the exhaust was not going to be ready in time to ship they asked if I was will to wait or if I wanted the rest of the order shipped I agreed to it being shipped without took less than 24 hours to arrive and it’s one of the best things I have ever purchased for my car completely different car thank you so much for the kit and thank you for being honest about the order would highly recommend

19 year old sons Fiesta 1.0l ecoboost needed a new engine. We are in Hertfordshire so Pumaspeed collected and returned the car.
Would highly recommend, brilliant service from start to finish. Communication from Tony was spot on, even answering my daft, paranoid parent questions which must have driven him mad.

I ordered a new Milltek exhaust which arrived promptly and well packaged. Unfortunately after that the service went downhill.
The exhaust arrived missing one of the clamps, no big problem as accidents happen.
I emailed support about this where I was asked to send photos of everything I had received, I said I had the exhaust fitted and utilised a standard clamp in the mean time. Photos still required so I had to jack the car up. A little disappointing after spending nearly £900 on an exhaust to be questioned over a clamp that costs less than £10.
After that my exhaust unfortunately developed a rattle at the valve which a few other have suffered from. I emailed about this issue to be questioned who fitted it etc and then after having to chase for a response several times I was told to just go and speak to Milltek directly.
Milltek said that Pumaspeed should be the ones dealing with the issue but thankfully kindly stepped up to the mark and are dealing with it directly and sending me a replacement out under warranty. I unfortunately have no confidence to order from Pumaspeed again, which is a shame as it started off well.

I have a fiesta 1ltr ecoboost which has been brilliant untill the head went filling the pistons with water. TRUST FORD in Bradford wanted £8000 for a replacement engine as its not covered under Ford warranty even though it seems to be a common problem.
I rang Pumaspeed who have been amazing from start to finish my car went in on Friday and was ready to collect on Wednesday afternoon with a brand new engine fitted tested and all at a very reasonable price.
The communication throughout has been prompt and polite, the work done is firat rate.
I really can not recommend the guys there enough.
If anyone ever asks me where to go for car repairs Pumaspeed will be getting recommended

Bought different part for fiesta st180
I'm from Italy, fast delivery time, all parts in good shape, also got different tune for my fiesta (firstly stage 1, then stage 2 and after all the crackles options) and the car runs great, no problem at all
One thing I have to say, the package of their Vulcan exhaust.. the package arrived kinda smashed up, the tubes got thru the "no" but fortunately no damage on anything.

Took my ST180 in for a Vulcan V2 non res exhaust, and my maxd 1r with crackles to be installed a few days ago, this is the 4th car I’ve taken to PumaSpeed and I’ve never been disappointed and this experience wasn’t any different! Lewis is always helpful and has endless information and knowledge on the cars these guys work on and Tony spotted a problem with my standard springs whilst the car was on the ramp so I’m now booked in for some Pumaspeed lowering springs!

Stay far away from this place!!! Guy's a Sociopath. Always a problem. First order: "lost by courier". Fortunately for me I won the case through paypal and gave them benefit of the doubt as I had no reason not to. (Mistake)
Last order and I mean last order: Second hand parts received and part which was manufactured different to what I ordered plus had imperial threads instead of metric. Ignored all my emails until I told them what I thought of their service, then I got a response. But it was not an offer to rectify the problems.

Nothing this place has is manufactured by them and all the engineering work is done by third parties including the software.

No disrespect to Mechanics but that's what this place is and by the sound of things not very good ones.

Buy from Mountune or Ebay or anywhere but here and get a QUALIFIED Mechanic to do the work.
