Attenzione !!! Prodotto usato e incompleto , dopo mesi di mail ancora mi prendono in giro dicendo che hanno inviato le parti mancanti !!! I prodotti del sito sembrano tutti disponibili ma non è così !!!

Don't bother with them.
Selling broken parts, take forever to have any contact with them. When finally you will get any contact with them you have to still call them multiple times about your refund. After 2 months you will get it back eventually. There's so many companies in UK... look somewhere else.

What great company and the people there too. Just wanted to thank Tony and the rest of the team there for all there help and advice when it comes to Fiesta ST180’s they are very knowledgeable in how to better the performance in a safe manner every time I have called they have been super friendly and treated me like a valued customer compared to other places where the person you speak to doesn’t sound interested or has to get back to you and never does. All the parts which I have purchased from Pumaspeed are of great quality and there advice on how to fit them has been second to none. Just want to thank them for all their help and support so far which keeps me going back to them even though they are over 200 miles away from me. Keep up the good work and I highly recommend these guys when it comes to anything Fiesta ST these guys are true pioneers thanks Tony

Only good when things are good, not much help otherwise!! Lewis is a godsend and helps more than he should out of hours, he deserves better than pumaspeed.

i have phoned this place loads of times and also sent a email wanting to buy a item for my focus st250 rear spoiler not even picked up the phone or replied to my email what a joke of a company to deal with dont buy from this company they dont care!

Cannot fault Pumaspeed at all! I have made multiple purchases now from Pumaspeed after following a YouTuber. Their service has been absolutely fantastic. Always delivered next day on time even during the COVID-19 pandemic. I have gone from stage 1R now to 2R and the process is very simple and easy. I was currently tuned with MP215 but the difference between that and MAXD 1R is night and day! Massive torque and power but still keeping the safety parameters in place. I have had issues with the car but this is at no fault of Pumaspeed although it only began a few weeks after installing stage 1R. I have had lots of Milltek products which are the cheapest in the country with no compromise on quality. They haven’t let me down yet and the customer service has been excellent. Thank you Pumaspeed

Like others have indicated in reviews, Pumaspeed unfortunately continue their “fire and forget” business, where you don’t get any help or response from them if something goes wrong.
Among other parts, I ordered an R-Sport Intercooler, but in the delivered package, the silicon hoses and brackets/fixtures for mounting the Intercooler was missing.
Instead the package contained a plastic bag filled with old/used car parts.
From the first mail request complaining to Pumaspeed about missing parts, Mr. Lewis replies that they will send the missing parts, but nothing happened.
During the last 1½ month, several mail reminders has been sent, but Pumaspeed is acting with completely silence and ignores you totally.
I don’t understand why a company wants to run a business in a way, where they will get only one chance to sell to a customer caused by their absolutely bad behavior and no customer service taking care of correcting their own failures.
I can’t recommend Pumaspeed, spend your money somewhere else.

+++ I bought a flasher from Dreamscience at Pumaspeed.uk with the usual 3 tunes + 2 customer tunes from pumaspeed.
I only got the 3 Tunes from Dreamscience and these are not usable, because it always shows Error # BE110.
However, the car was never tuned before (bought it directly original from the Ford dealer) and I also updated the software of Dreamscience.
Finally, I paid just about € 700,- for it, although 2 software tunes were missing, which I also paid + the device is not to use .

I have written the company 3 times at intervals of over a week, but they just do not answer to solve the problems.

Now I have realized that I have here probably a fraudulent company with their scam set up ...

I warn everyone before to order anything from this company!

Most ignorant people on the planet I sent numerous emails and made phone call asking about having one of their wraps done on my car they couldn’t even be bothered to reply to any emails or phone calls total waste of my time

Came to Pumaspeed for my exhaust and sports cat to be fitted. Was advised my current Collins map was a bit slow at 207BHP so bought a MAXD map and went to 231BHP... WOW! Friendly staff and saving now for an ITG filter replacement. Thanks guys!

*** Update 7 months later and they are still sending us abuse over the reviews left on several pages now from a Lewis Whitehead at there sister company in Dubai falcon speed, since leaving this review we have been stalked followed and even break tested by the mechanic on the way to ford fair that is and other drivers have on dash cam. And then last night the abuse starts again on are photos avoid this company customer communication is shocking, and God help if you complain keep up the work puma speed cos looking at reviews and from word of mouth are experience wasn't a one off and deffinatly doesn't sound like you will change ******

Avoid, went in for a simple service and intercooler fitting and symposer delete came out with several damages overcharge me on my service. Symposer delete they just shoved the pipe under the scuttle pannel and my bumper clips have been broken by there mechanic swinging on it instead of taking my bumper off to fit the intercooler he rammed it in braking my induction kit bracket, ecuk lights and cut my crash bar. He couldn't even put my under tray back on properly. They have taken no responsibility all you get is the sales advisors saying one thing then another all different. The owner is know where to be seen or Hurd. they are not a member of an adr scheme and there for I'm now going through small claims they don't reply to emails untill I put it on social media, and they have not responded to letters of complaints, mediation letters or before court action letters. Dig about read reviews and you will see plenty saying avoid.

Ordered a Focus ST250 symposer delete which took a week to arrive. The listing said the kit comprised of symposer delete billet aluminum plate, new o-ring, firewall plug, zip tie for harness, 1/8” npt plug, and black nylon 1/8" NPT to 3/16" Hose Barb Fitting. I actually received just the billet aluminium plate with npt plug fitted, and nothing else. No firewall plug, no black nylon hose barb fitting and no zip tie. I wont be using them again. Avoid.

had a problem with putting a map on my st (user error), over a few emails it was sorted, great people to deal with and fast responses.

Had a general query regarding a Milltek system and fitting cost if possible. No response from puma speed even after I received a confirmation e-mail my query was received over a week ago.

Don't bother purchasing from these guys, its clear they don't want your business. I will take my custom elseware and purchase a BCS Powervalve system instead.
