Exceptional service. From the initial contact (I had emailed three companies. One never replied, one did but failed to reply when I ask for a visit from an engineer before they would quote, Paragon were super responsive and helpful) to the repairs (efficient and respectful engineers).

Just had my second visit from Paragon Pump Servicing. The customer service has been amazing and staff are extremely knowledgeable. The engineer spotted some errors in the way the system was set up and gave recommendations for putting it right. He also serviced the pumps, cleaned the channels and installed a back-up battery. He really knew what he was doing and seemed to care about our whole basement pump system running properly. I am so glad I found these guys!
