BSP fitted a pump for us 4 years ago and service annually. Curtis visited today to complete a service and was right on time (despite travelling a significant distance to get to us) and very polite - continuing the good service we have received from BSP to date.

Basement sump and pump fitted our sump pump 18 months ago it fixed the problem we had. Today was the first service visit, the engineer arrived on time and appeared to be very thorough, checking the electrics back to the ring main, before cleaning the pump and testing it. As we are moving soon we will certainly be leaving your details for the the new occupants.

Curtis did my annual pump service. He arrived promptly and was very pleasant and efficient

Liam came to site to assess how best to replace two under-performing pumps which had been installed by another company. He then sent documentation detailing exactly what work would need to be done, how much it would cost, and also the specs for the new pumps he thought would best meet the case.

He and a colleague carried out the work on the agreed date, were very thorough in carrying out remedial work to ensure that previous installation issues with the failed pumps were corrected, and kept us updated all the way through.

It's also worth mentioning that prior to the installation the office quickly provided answers to any queries and always called back when they said they would.

Overall BSAP were professional and thorough. They were hired based on Trustpilot reviews, did a very good job, and were comptetitively priced.

George came to service my sump pump and delivered a level of care and attention that truly stood out. What began as a routine service quickly turned into something much more thoughtful—he took the time to assess the broader setup and went the extra mile to fix an issue with the pipe that could easily have been overlooked.

His approach was both considerate and creative, ensuring the system wasn’t just serviced, but properly improved and left in a fully reliable condition. He didn’t rush the job or settle for the basics; instead, he made sure everything was functioning effectively and not left compromised.

I would highly recommend the company for their professionalism, sense of urgency, and excellent service personnel. George in particular is a credit to the team.

James attended my client's property to carry out an agreed job. However, some previously unidentified issues were uncovered which required further insight from a drain specialist. James made it very clear what the issues was and what the drain specialist needed to do to resolve issues and allow James to finalise his work - which in turn makes my job easier. James kept both myself and my client updated.

George who attended to do our pump service was excellent, however the company added on extra costs for a pump replacement which weren't specified at the start of the job - amounting to an over 20% increase on what was quoted for. Disappointing. We also haven't been provided with details or copies of any guarantees for the new pump installed. This pump has limited usage and this company have serviced it for the last 4 years so its been a disappointing experience.

I had an emergency at my property a few weeks back. George was amazing, he went above and beyond to fix the pump issue, having to return a few times and work with different companies to find solutions. He really made, what was a horrible situation, so much easier. Thank you so much George.

Liam has really helped us over the last few years maintaining and replacing the pumps in our house. He has extensive knowledge and provides practical solutions where applicable. He has always been polite and dedicated to solving whatever problems he encounters. He's a credit to your company.

Connor did a good workmanlike job. He was also very helpful to me personally: I was not well and had not been able to clear access to the pump. He did it himself and even put all the stuff back again afterwards, which he did not need to do.

I contacted these guys after a flood in our basement destroyed our old pump, which was installed by the previous owners of our house - it's age and installer were a mystery and the system was not properly maintained; hence the failure.

Emma dealt with my case and was fantastic in answering all my questions and forwarding technical queries on to the lead technician. Her response time and professionalism were excellent. Liam attended to fit the system and was polite, respectful of our home and explained everything very clearly. He also advised on some updates to our electrics which would safeguard further against any future failures.

Overall I was incredibly impressed with the Basement Sump and Pump Co as an outfit, and we are now the confident owners of a fully upgraded and modernised sump pump system. The whole process was very slick and stress free. I find it rare to be so pleasantly surprised - worth its weight in gold!

I look forward to the ongoing support offered by both Emma and Liam, although hopefully we will not need it!

Liam and Martin replaced two pumps for me today, handling extensive pipe and electrical work. The job was done professionally, quickly and they kept the worksite clean and tidy.

Communication was great throughout, they explained what they were doing and why. They were thorough and ensured everything was working properly before finishing up.
