Purchased vinyl record. Excellent item and service with fast delivery.

I ordered two CDs from these guys. They were well-priced and were delivered very quickly indeed, in very secure packaging. Communications were excellent. I heartily recommend!

Shipping was super fast and the included tracking kept me updated on the status. It's always a gamble when ordering internationally, but this came very quickly! Record was very well packed and in excellent condition as described. Would order again!

I ordered two vinyl items, different products, and paid via the Shopify payment, my first order with Punk to Funk, 24 hours later i receive a Shopify notification of a processed refund, no explanation, unable to fulfill the order..for both products? how bizarre..you have my email address as per my order, how about you take 30 seconds out of your day and send me a personal email with an explanation and apology, is it that difficult? very poor consumer experience, i mean its only a couple of records so who cares, but improve your processes !!!
