I ordered and paid for some records from this seller. After a month I still haven't received them and unfortunately I don't think I will. I contacted the seller via email several times, but he either doesn't reply to the email at all or replies with a week's delay, blurts out some nonsense in the email and doesn't answer the main question - when will the records be sent. In the end I was forced to open a Paypal case to get my money back.
I think this is a classic scammer who takes money for an order that he knows he can't fulfill and figures that people won't bother with a refund so he'll keep it for himself.
These types are best avoided in a wide range, unless you're the masochistic type of person who enjoys wasting time and energy trying to get your money back.

If you absolutely must order from this guy then I recommend doing it via Paypal or some other intermediary with insurance because otherwise you'll be left without both the records and the money...

I order direct on their website and occasionally on the eBay shop. Fabulous choice of albums you don't see elsewhere at wonderful prices. Everything is always well packaged with a reasonable delivery span.
Highly recommended.

As a whole, I don’t tend to leave reviews. But as I see a few negative reviews here, just wanted to share my own experience.

Ordered a record that I’ve been after for a while now. ( bit slow on the uptake on this particular one so a few of my usual outlets had already sold out )

Ordered on a Sunday, and got a message from Phil a few days later to let me know it was on its way. The record was received safe and sound a couple of days later.
No, It didn’t come next day... or was it super quick ( about 7 days all being told ) But I didn’t expect that coming from a small independent distro to be honest.
From my experience, I would be more than happy to recommend them and shall definitely be ordering again.

Honestly, I wish I checked these reviews before ordering. No item after 2 weeks, no email or explanation as to why. Have advised Klarna there is a problem with this merchant and order. Sent 2 emails and no response. The order number is #10512.

Cancel the order and refund the money. And please stop allowing people to purchase items which are out of stock and never will be in stock, just so you can take them over the 30 day mark with waiting so they cannot get a refund.

Pre ordered The Wall Demos from Roger Waters. There was a error with one of the discs which must have happened at the pressing plant. Phil dealt with the matter without any hesitation. Good coms throughout and matter now resolved. Thank you punktofunkheaven............we got there in the end.

Very happy with the service I have received. Great selection of unusual import LPs on coloured vinyls at great prices. They have always been really helpful & try to match (if not better) prices elsewhere. Keep up the good work!

Like many others ordered a record on 8 th June .
Took my money ,told it was been shipped that day.
Now June 24 th Phil emailed me waiting for re stock .
No communication what so ever total disgrace.
This is not the way to run a business.
I think people are correct they just advertise anything.
And our money is sitting in their pockets.

I ordered back in November to get a couple of records for my mums Christmas. I had emails back and forth with Phil who said they where waiting for them to arrive from the US and it might be January.
Contacted in January one of the Albums still hadn't arrived. Contacted in February. We're into March now and still nothing.

Excellent transaction with good communication so great experience with this shop.

Never received order. Was told item was on back order. Then asked to change order for an in-stock item but that never arrived either.

I did receive a refund for this order.

A week before Christmas, reading the reviews, I had my doubts. Shouldn't have worried, dispatched smartly, arrived with days to spare, thanks a lot Phil and all at Punk to Funk Heaven, Merry Christmas and all the best for 2025.

Delivered as expected very securely parcelled and product well protected. Great choice available. I had to contact them to ask a question about a listing and they were very helpful and friendly

First time and last time using. Ordered and paid for item only to have it refunded as didn't have enough stock. So why doesn't their ordering process know when they've got stock or not.?

Ordered a record on 29/11. 6 days later no despatch deti or any indication of delivery. Email comes back as undeliverable and no phone number to contact them. Please contact me to arrange a refund. Meanwhile ordered same item from a competitor for £5 cheaper and despatched the same day.

Would have given them zero but not possible, took my order said it had been shipped and I would get tracking details, 5 days later I'm told it's out of stock and given a refund ,do not use.

Appalling service, no item received, they sell items they do not have in stock, communication non existent…….avoid this place at all costs
