Poor dispatch times - normally over a week - poor stock control, items often showing in stock when they aren’t. This means they hold onto your money for almost two weeks before refunding - I will not... もっず芋る

Order placed, money taken, 2 weeks later no record and no communication from them!

Another one in the same vein as all the others sadly. Order placed Sept 13th. Money Taken. No communication since. I then looked at these reviews and wish I had checked them before ordering! I have now requested a refund, hoping they respond and give me my money back, will update on what happens. Wish me luck!

AVOID THIS COMPANY I ORDERED THE VINYL I WANTED AND 2 WEEKS LATER SAID THEY NEVER HAD THEM IN STOCK ITS A WASTE OF TIME ORDER FROM A BETTER COMPANY WITH BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE AVOID THIS COMPANY

Hi James. Sorry you are unhappy. Things do now and again go out of stock. we do our best to source / restock as soon as possible but sometimes things just become unavailable. Also i cannot seem to find any orders associated to a James King so am wondering if you have actually made a purchase from us? Maybe you used an alias ? we have requested more info from you via trust pilot but have yet to hear back from you.Kind regards PTFH

Horrible experience

Horrible experience. Ordered from their website. Waited for a number of days to confirm dispatch. Was told it would be with me at the weekend. Surprise Surprise.. never came. Never even dispatched the record in the first place. PayPal notified.

I'm not even sure this company exists

I'm not even sure this company exists. I bought a record, didn't get a confirmation email but they still took the money. Sent numerous emails to them but have had no reply. Going through my bank to retrieve the money. Avoid this company

ITEMS SHOWING AS IN STOCK ACTUALLY AREN'T!!

Ordered a box set CD, clearly showing that it was in stock. I then get an email saying my order had been cancelled due to the item being out of stock.
I did receive an immediate refund which was very much appreciated, but there is lots of records, CDs etc that I was interested in purchasing in the future, but now I can't rely on anything showing as 'in stock' actually being available.
Websites are totally useless unless they are up to date!
Update: so 2 weeks on and this company is blatantly showing the item I ordered as "in stock". Why? Because they are clearly an inept operation.
I recommend no-one buys from this company, as they can't maintain their stock/website properly so are misleading customers.

Hi John. sorry to hear you had this issue with your order. we do our best to keep things up to date but as we sell on several different online platforms items unfortunately do occasionally drop out of stock.most items we list can usually be back ordered and restocked in a timely manner if they are not on the shelf hear at punktofunkheaven HQ. With regards to your update, the item would have been showing as in stock again due to a restock from our suppliers.

Great Communication

Purchased an item without realising it was on back order, I waited for a while before deciding to cancel the order. Emails were answered almost instantly with a refund issued. Will definitely recommend.
