Item purchased on 14th April. As of 28th April still hasn’t arrived. Tracking has not been updated since 17th April. Two emails sent to Punters following up and as yet no resolution. Requested refund and no reply.

The range finder works well and locks onto the flag accurately. Cheers to Rory's win :)

True to your word guys….never been a range finder kind of guy but absolutely love your product….easy to use, accurate and I do believe it has improved my game…winner👍

I’m still waiting for the range finder to arrive! So unfortunately I can’t say anything positive. Tracking says it’s handed over to local post authority on 17th April….. and that I would be notified. So far nothing. I’ve even reached out to Punters and am still waiting for a response. I’m gutted to say the least

Excellent piece of kit. I now know just how much i have missed the hole, hopefully in time that will get better with the V3. Great price and so easy to use.

Great looking shirt that was true to sizing chart. Only two weeks delivery to NZ over the Easter holidays so very impressed.

Purchased the Punters V3 Range Finder which works very quickly on picking up the targets. Also, purchased before The Masters and received the purchase price refunded in a couple of days. Great service and honoured their promotion.

The ease of purchase is top notch. The product itself is amazing too and for an amazing price! The only thing about it is that it has a tendency to get the distance of other objects, not the flag, each time. There should be an update on its ability to flag lock.

My wife was recommended Punters Golf from a friend. She found the website easy to navigate and ordered the rangefinder and magnetic clip for me as a gift. It arrived 2 days later. I have used 3 times already and love it! The rangefinder is great quality and easy to use. Highly recommend it.

I went to buy the range finder with 10% off with code. I used PayPal and the money came off, before checking out, a polo offer for $29 came up and because I had the discount on the range finder, I thought why not. I added it on and went to checkout and it charged me full price for the range finder and no polo. Upon enquiring. I was told that you could see it was on the account on checkout, but not applied and that you wouldn’t refund the extra 10%

Great polos for value and really comfortable. Fit is as described. Shipped to regional Vic in just a few days as well. Overall really happy

The transaction with Puntersgolf went smoothly and exactly as they said it would from day of purchase to delivery by Aust Post. The range finder itself is an absolutely fantastic machine instant pin locking , the scope version is super clear. It fits into my hand perfectly. This machine is equivalent to the one I lost ,

Dishonest and shambolic. Ordered a range finder got confirmation. No tracking, wrote to ask where it was. Told it had shipped and tracking issue. No sign so wrote again. Six days later i get a reply - again claiming it was sent. Thought i’d ask again and then got a vague reply saying out of stock, would i like a different colour ? Replied immediately saying no thanks and refund please. Got a reply this morning saying no refund possible as it’s “been fulfilled and in shipping process”. Post comments on their insta page (immediately deleted by them) and insist on refund. Finally get told i’m getting a refund. Will believe it when i see it. If their equipment is anything like the last 3 weeks i suspect it will pick up a passing plane when you point it at the flag. Simply woeful
