We’re happy to investigate with the manufacturer to understand what may be going on and what options might exist. Our records don’t show any prior contact about issues with this product, and a review left without a chance to address the issue makes it harder for us to help right away.

While we can’t guarantee a resolution after two years, we truly want to assess your fitment and determine the best path forward—whether that’s troubleshooting, replacement parts, or another option that suits your build.

If you’re willing, please reach out so we can start the investigation. We’ll do our best to help if a suitable solution is available.
