With respect to withdrawals, our platform supports multiple methods, including card-based transactions and bank transfers. Card withdrawals are processed as refunds and may be subject to conditions and limitations set by payment service providers, such as time or eligibility constraints. Where these conditions are not met, an alternative withdrawal method may be required. We aim to present these conditions transparently and take note of your feedback regarding their clarity.

We strive for the best order execution for our clients, however we are aware that at a time of increased volatility rare issues may transpire, even though we are determined to ensure such situations do not occur. As we have not been able to link your experience to any recorded cases or accounts, we kindly ask you to contact our support department directly in order to resolve the issue.

Thank you for your feedback. As due to our regulation we cannot accept any real clients from outside the European Union, we believe you have opened only a demo account with us. Please remember that financial markets are decentralized and prices with individual brokers can differ. Moreover spreads on our accounts vary based on client status and chosen account type, with ECN accounts having smaller spreads than STP accounts. It is therefore possible you have accidentally created a demo account with 0 commission but wider spreads (STP). If you find accounts with lower spread and commission more suitable, we suggest trying out an ECN type account. Please also note that the best client status with lowest spreads is not available on demo accounts, only on real ones.
