Puzzleloom deception
The company on Its website advertised high.quality puzzles (28 inches by 20 inches). The website also claimed that each piece would have a alpha code on back for sorting the pieces and assisting in putting the puzzle together. The actual puzzle received had tiny pieces(1000) with indistinguishable shapes. There was no alpha codes on the back. We can't put the puzzle together. Also the website indicates it has a US address but the puzzle came from China and they have a very restrictive return policy. Buy at your own risk!!!

Ordered on Dec9.Still waiting on Dec. 24. What a crock! I am not going to another shopping website to find where my package is! So sad! NEVER AGAIN! Didn''t know the Puzzle was made and shipped in China. Finally recieved my order late Dec. Impressed with the packaging and the cute little box that contained the puzzle. However...the website said each piece was lettered on the back of each piece to make it easier to seperate the different sections for easier assembly. Guess they forgot to do that. Two stars for packing only.

The puzzles are amazing. Your site was easy to navigate and it was quick.
One thing I am unsure about is:
My billing address and the gifts shipping address. I hope I've straightened it out. I added another address.

Misinformation
I only purchase from US companies so I tried to find your location via your website but to no avail. Saw a notice that you shipped internationally so I assumed you were a US location. Well, I was wrong and didn'
t find out until my credit card company informed me that it was an international purchase. Shame on you! I really would like to cancel this order as a result.
