Philip was so helpful with everything. It was our first time getting our house so we had no clue. He was so kind and nice even when I kept asking to explain stuff again and again. 10/10 recommended!!!

We had a terrible experience with Embrace. Our 5 year deal was due to end and we needed to remortgage. We delt with Matthew. At first it was positive saying we would be able to remortgage and clear existing debts. After two months of calling and emailing for updates, Matthew responded informing us that he could not find a well known high street lender that we could remortgage with, that we would have to look at more obscure lenders. Another week passed with no contact. We recieved a phone from Richard and we informed him of the limited contact and updates. Richard advised that he would message Matthew and someone would be in contact. Weeks went by and we had lost all trust that Embrace could help so chose to find another company. A week later we had an initial fact finding appointment and in the days after a mortgage in principle with a well known high street lender covering all existing debts. We would not recommend this company to anyone. Leaving customers worried without any answers. No alternatives offered. Shocking customer service.

I am a first time buyer, and I had the pleasure of working with Lois to secure my mortgage. When I say “working with” what I really mean is I sent Lois what paperwork she needed and then I sat back and let her work her magic. Lois is incredible and she made this whole process extremely easy. I didn’t once feel stressed, as Lois handled EVERYTHING. She explained everything clearly, and sought the best rate for my circumstances. I am so, so thankful to her for such an easy journey. I will be sticking with her for as long as I have a mortgage, that’s for sure! Thanks so much Lois!

Shazia Lindo was amazing during our mortage process. She was recommended from my husbands manager and we definitely made the right choice using her. Jack Browne was my Broker for my first time purchase, and I couldnt give high enough praise, this was all very scary for me doing it for the first time but he made it very calming throughout. Everything I asked was answered in next to no time, probably questions he didnt even have to answer just to settle my worries. Helped right from the get go with recommendations with buying. To right to end with my completion.
