With the shortage of everything, I called to check on my order and what had been in stock was no longer. I had Steve Quail assist with getting a comparable item that could be shipped right away and out before they were possibly having to close doors due to COVID-19. Excellent service! Thank you-

website misleading
website did not say that I was unable to break a case of the stencil wash I purchased. It allowed me to buy 2 and gave me a total for 2 and then shipped 10 and charged me for 10 (a full case).
