The first sales person I contacted was not attentive to what I was trying to get across to him. After couple weeks, I talked to someone else and this guy was much better. The products took much longer than expected which I’m not sure who’s fault that is, manufacturer or the distributor.

The only problem was that I had to speak to three individuals before the purchase could be completed. That's a problem for the customer, and indicates some failure in your ordering process, especially since the item I required was rapidly located and order taken.

Shipping took a bit longer than I expected, but the customer service rep was very friendly and helpful, and the product is very good.

The order/transaction didn’t process for more than two weeks, order will have arrived almost a month after being made. Would’ve ordered stuff elsewhere had I known it would take so long.

We looked into your comment and see that your order was placed on our Web site on Saturday the 5th. One of the items you ordered was not in stock and had to be ordered from the manufacturer. Your order shipped on Monday the 14th. That would be a total of 6 business days. If you were promised a quicker delivery time, please let us know and we'll investigate further.
While we appreciate all customer feedback, we are curious why you believe your experience is worthy of a one-star rating. If you would like to comment further we'd be happy to work with you to see if you would re-consider this rating.

I can’t say enough good things about this company and customer service! The gentleman I spoke with went out of his way and then some to help me find the product I needed. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of your products and will come back here again if need be in a minute!

New Website
The new website is different, so it'll just take some getting used to. I wasn't aware that the change would be made or that I'd have to get extra help trying to get my account loaded and the pricing right, but the team was helpful in getting everything resolved. My next order should go much smoother.
