Llevo desde 2018 con Quaderno. Valoro la robustez y fiabilidad del sistema y el apoyo del equipo de soporte, cercano y profesional, a la hora de resolver dudas.

Literalmente, me olvido completamente de la facturación. La lleva el sistema!

Es fácil para un usuario medio de wordpress, ideal para tener tu negocio online y cumplir con hacienda, que semos todos.
Bastante atentos y con ganas de ayudar. En Sandbox, si no tienes mucha idea, ayuda mucho.

Llevamos más de 10 años con Quaderno y no podemos estar más contentos.

La integración que tenemos vía API y webhooks con ellos es por lo que nos decantamos, en su día, por esta solución.

El servicio técnico responde rápido, y si pueden solucionar el tema lo hacen con agilidad.

Muy recomendable.

Llevo utilizando Quaderno desde el 2013 y desde el primer día la experiencia ha ido mejorando cada año. He podido vivir la evolución de esta plataforma y ha sido increíble. He comparado y probado otras y continuo trabajando con Quaderno. Destacar su "centro de Ayuda", cualquier problema ó duda que tengas te lo resuelven personalmente un técnico.

Excellent tool for tracking tax compliance. I've used it for about five years with no issues.

Short version: Quaderno did not notify us that they had had trouble taking payment from our account, and did not notify us when they cancelled our account. This meant that we lost thousands in uncollected tax revenue.

Long version: We used Quaderno to plug into an online sales platform to identify how much tax we should be charging. We had used them for quite some time. At some point, after receiving marketing communications from them we did not want, we unsubscribed from their marketing communications. When we did that, they also unsubscribed us from key account information emails.

Sometime later, our payment card expired and was renewed. Quaderno were unable to take payment because of this. They did not notify us that they were unable to take payment. They then cancelled our account after we 'ignored' the emails that were never sent. Again, they did not notify us at any point that they were cancelling our service.

A couple of months later, we realised that the service had been cancelled. Quaderno made excuse after excuse, first saying we were checking the wrong email for the notifications, then saying the system definitely sent the emails and it was a problem on our end.

It was only after we requested a GDPR data subject access request did they tell us that they had never emailed us, because when we unsubscribed from marketing emails, we were also unsubscribed us from all account communications--included billing emails and account cancellation emails.

We would never use this company again, both because of the unreliable nature of how they operate, but also because of how evasive they were when we flagged the issue. They looked for every opportunity to say the issue was on our end and took no responsibility for not communicating with us.

We have never worked with a SAAS provider who stops all core account information when a client unsubscribes from marketing emails.

We have immediately migrated away from Quaderno to move to a more reliable supplier. You may wish to consider doing the same.

After using Holded to manage my tax compliance in Spain for TicketBai (which was a disaster!), I switched over to Quaderno and they helped me set up my tax compliance within a week.

Im now saving one full day a month in tax compliance as everything is automated via Quaderno. Awesome software! Simple an easy to use.

Our experience with quaderno has been amazing. We had a slight misunderstanding with how we report our tax figures and how quaderno interprets them this led to a shortfall on our final amount. Elodie and the team helped us sort this out and fixed the issue on their end for us, saving us hours of work. Couldn’t recommend this service more

El mejor servicio de atención al cliente que he visto en una aplicación y el programa funciona bien. La única pega es el precio.

Payment issue with duplicated payment

We have had a bad experience with Quaderno. The monthly payment has been issued twice. We have provided screenshots of bank account and provided the transmitted transaction IDs.

But unfortunatly the customer support was not helpful. They are not willing to contact their payment provider for help. Now we have to contact our bank to issue a chargeback.

Thats a bad experience and a customer support thats not helpful. :-(

Excelente, llevo más de 10 años y no he tenido muy pocos problemas y los que he tenido los han resuelto muy rápido.

Hemos tenido un problema importante relacionado con el certificado y la integración, y el equipo de Quaderno ha estado súper atento en todo momento. Respondían muy rápido a todo y lo gestionaban con el equipo de la manera más rápida posible.

Quaderno has been an absolute game-changer for my business.
As an entrepreneur based in Greece with clients in France and internationally, I had been searching everywhere for a reliable, multilingual invoicing solution that also handles tax compliance properly — and Quaderno does exactly that.

The integration with Stripe is seamless: every invoice created through Stripe is automatically synced into Quaderno, in the right language and with the correct legal and tax format. It saves an incredible amount of time and removes a lot of stress.

On top of that, the support team is outstanding. They are extremely responsive by email and always helpful — which is rare and invaluable when you’re running a business across different countries.

I genuinely recommend Quaderno 1000% to any entrepreneur with an international or nomadic business.

La verdad es que no entiendo cómo este servicio tiene notas tan altas. A priori, sobre el papel, lo que ofrecen se adapta a lo que necesito para mi empresa, pero la experiencia ha sido bastante negativa.

En primer lugar, empecé a usar su sandbox para evaluar y realizar pruebas de integración, y encontré múltiples bugs en tan solo las primeras horas de uso. Menús y filtros que no funcionan, datos que no se refrescan... Luego, explorando la documentación de la API para integrarla con mi sistema, descubro que hay mucha funcionalidad faltante para poder hacer una integración completa. Pido soporte y, tras varios días de pelearme con la API, recibo una respuesta de que esos endpoints faltantes existen pero no están documentados. Soporte lento y una pérdida de tiempo dándole vueltas a la API, por no hablar de la inseguridad que me genera tener que salir a producción usando endpoints no documentados.

Y, finalmente y lo peor de todo, sigo pidiendo ayuda a soporte y llevan más de una semana sin contestarme, llevo ya 3 correos sin respuesta.

Desde luego, una pésima experiencia, y ya que va a haber extensión del plazo de Verifactu (mi principal razón para usar Quaderno), voy a buscar otro servicio más profesional, ya que tanto su producto como su atención al cliente dan impresión de ser amateur.

El servicio de soporte es excelente. La interfaz muy sencilla e intuitiva. Quaderno se centra en facilitarte la tarea de gestión. Recomendamos.
