An insult or a joke, either way, it's a no.

I reached out to Quaderno several times through their online form, but never heard back from them. An e-mail sent to the company directly was ignored as well. I even tried to call, but... the company has no phone number. That's right, that's how they treat their clients, if they have any? I recommend that you stay off from Quaderno and give your hard-earned money to tax agencies that actually appreciate their customers.

Update: the company is unbelievably trying to portray my review as untrue. No one from Quaderno has replied to any of my e-mails or spoken to me, I am still stunned that they chose to reply this nonsense instead of actually contacting me. Expect the same treatment. Stay away.
