Louise Everett is a Great account manager. Nothing to much trouble. Takes orders at the last minute. Get deliveries on time.

Great customer service!
Quadient has provided our business' franking machine for a number of years and we have been pleased with their service. Alyssa, our Accounts Executive has always been very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. When we encounter issues/queries, she is always timely at dealing with them and if she cannot resolve them, she will always pass them on efficiently. Top customer service. Gemma Standing & Dan Edwards have been a dream to work with. They are both very quick at responding to queries and are very conscientious and forward thinking, always abloe to predict trends in what we may need and remind us about ordering inks and envelopes and inform us of the franking needs in Dispatch!
