Very expensive, bad website, mediocre service. They don't let you amend an application, you have to fill it in again *every single time*. Responses are boiler plate, not personalized. We told them exactly what to do in our case, and asked for clarification. Then they did it the way that didn't work, making us lose a week. Definitely go somewhere else if you have a choice. This website is just out there to make some guys the big bucks.

It took only two days to verify my university documents. Highly recommending it.

I would like to leave a positive review for UCL’s Qualification Check service. The entire verification journey was seamless and efficient, fully matching the description that the process would be fast and straightforward. I appreciate that qualification verification is necessary, but I have found the overall service and communication very poor. I have repeatedly had to chase the same issues, resend information, and repeat matters that I had already raised by email. I have also been told that tasks had been completed, only to find that they remained outstanding.

I paid for a service that ultimately I had to complete myself. After weeks of waiting with little progress and repeated generic updates, I contacted my university directly. They completed the verification and sent everything to WES within a few days.

The issue isn’t just the money I spent—it’s the time that was lost. That delay affected my overall immigration timeline, and I could have started my next steps much earlier.

If your university can send documents directly to WES, I would recommend contacting them first before paying for a third-party service.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Qualification Check has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

I paid 50 USD for their transcript request service, only to learn from my university that they require applicants to deal directly with the institution, making it impossible for Qualification Check to provide the service I paid for.

What is most disappointing is that, despite being unable to provide the service, Qualification Check still refused to issue a refund. Instead, they hid behind a 24-hour cancellation policy, even though this was not a cancellation due to a change of mind. The service simply could not be delivered.

It is unacceptable to accept payment for a service that cannot be performed and then refuse to refund the customer when no service has been rendered. If Qualification Check cannot work with certain institutions, they should disclose this before accepting payment or verify compatibility before charging customers.

I am extremely disappointed by both the lack of transparency and the complete absence of customer care. They chose to keep my money despite delivering nothing.

Based on this experience, I will not recommend Qualification Check. I strongly encourage anyone considering their services to first confirm that their institution accepts requests from third-party vendors. Otherwise, you may find yourself paying for a service you will never receive.

If I could give zero stars, I would. I paid for a qualification check, and after a month, it is still unresolved. I definitely would not recommend this service. It feels like a scam, and they are not refunding my money.

I can’t even imagine how grateful I’m with this QC. The way they are working is so proficient so I don’t have to stress for nothing i just submitted my document and rest of the verification process had done by then within 4 days. Really thankful for your incredible service. If you guys are struggling for WES then this is the game changer.

Helpful service.

I paid for expedited verification in April 2026. It is now July — still unresolved.

My high school is permanently closed, which I disclosed at first submission.

Despite this, QC made 15 automated attempts to the closed school.
Agents confused my high school with a university, falsely confirmed my case was verified when it was not, and ignored my escalation requests — I formally requested escalation to a supervisor multiple times and was ignored every single time.

I personally had to intervene with both institutions — work QC was paid to do. My official document contains a verification website link for direct authentication that no one at QC has attempted to use.

QC’s failure to coordinate with their partner WES and apply their closed school policy is causing me direct financial loss.
Still waiting for a senior review and resolution.

I wasnt expecting such a fast turnaround of results on my 15 years old transcripts from India . To my surprise , response was prompt and Within a week I got the result submitted to WES CxC .

I wish I could give 0 stars. I needed my documents verified ASAP because of needing to apply for my student visa. They took over a month to process my high school transcript. They refused to take into consideration that they didn’t have the right contact at said high school. I talked to numerous agents—all USELESS. I’ve never felt so stressed, misguided, and frustrated. No one would listen to me. They kept giving me reassurance that they were working on it/copy and pasted emails instead of answering my questions. THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.
