I feel like the QC is a good way to validate the documents and etc, In my opinion there is no alternatives to it but I had very bad experience when it comes to understanding of QC of how many middle class unis have outdated email, like with my situation with regard to Lazarski University. I asked more than 2-3 times to call uni directly through phone contacts which employees neglected or admited that they would do that but never did. Thanks to Aakriti Chabbra I finally validated the info for the uni and got to know that they sent new emails. But I have to admit that process was late and if not my interference, I would not have verified docs for the next 2 month which is existential for many.

The staff member resolved the problem very patiently.

It started horribly - the institute I am verifying with doesn't allow agent companies like QC to check. The verification and CS agent from QC has no clue and repeating the same issue.

I reached out on Linkedin and their manager Neha provided premium support that gives me adequate understanding of the situation.

I hope QC can also allow us with unsupportive institutions to have other methods of sending over, e.g. a designated email for receiving the certifications, etc.

I was initially stressed because of delay in my case but the response from customer service were quick and to the point, the verification service is very fast given your institution is fast to respond, I would suggest you to write the email to your institute as soon as you upload your documentation for verification...

The response time was great. Verifications get verified fast. I had encountered some problems when I wanted to change some information, and the support tram had led me through the necessary steps to resolve it. They reply fast, usually within a day. Completely satisfied.
