So I was curious about signing on to do a RPL cert 3 in carpentry, I was blatantly lied to with the work it took to achieve this. I explained clearly that I worked in a specific sector of construction, and was told that’s fine we can work around that. Now they have taken my payments and I can’t finish the units because I was blatantly lied to. Steer clear of this company it is a scam!

I started the process on Jun 2025 to get my Diploma in Community Services through RPL, they told me that it would take around 6 weeks, however 7 months later I am not still have my Diploma, They told me that on Aug 2025 they sent my documents to the RTO, but they have not receive any notice about my Diploma, Qualify Me does not know what is the name of the RTO which they sent my doc, which it does not give credibility for this company. This situation is very frustrating and is affecting me workwise. I asked for the refund, they do not want to give me back either, no Diploma, no money, nothing!! I definitely don't recommend Qualify Me for anyone.

QualifyMe (Australia) has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. Communication is slow, unclear, and unhelpful, and promised processes and timeframes are ignored. Despite exceeding their own 21 business day refund timeframe, I am still waiting for my money with no explanation or updates. Customer support is generic and dismissive, showing zero accountability. This company is completely unreliable, frustrating, and unprofessional—I strongly advise avoiding them.

Liars to make sales. They say it will take 4 weeks to receive your qualifications but its been 4 months and nothing. I've had to get a different job now and I'm going through legel services to get my money back. I would not recommend at all.

This is the worst company to get your RPL. They work very slow and all of them are liar. I have requested the certification from them since Feb but all they can say is is being processed by RTO and even though they said its been expedited the process still take 4 months and no certificate yet. I already lost job opportunities and money cause by THIS COMPANY. Im gonna report this company to cybersecurity police as a scam!! Please guys if you also have the same experience JOIN ME TO REPORT THIS COMPANY. I dont think they are based in Australia! Because they also cannot contact with the RTO directly. So this qualify me can go to jail for this !

Very approachable

Absolutely horrible experience with qualify me. Would never recommend anyone to waste their time and money with these people have asked for all these documents and proof which I’ve provided and now it’s been over a year still haven’t received anything. Have paid over $2000 which I cannot get a refund for as it’s on their policy that no one had told me about. Just one of your 100 other unhappy customers.

The website is horrible. I want a fence around my townhouse patio and the fence company sent a link to this horrible website to get a quote. I don't know if because it's a small area that it was useless. I'll just wait for the company to come to my place to give me a quote

I will say, they were responsive when I would message them, and if they didn’t reply I’d message again to when they replied

Extremely disappointed with my experience with Qualify Me. When I first signed up, I was told that the RPL process for my Certificate III in Roof Tiling would take 4–6 weeks. What they failed to mention was that this timeline only starts once my portfolio is submitted to the RTO—not from the day I signed up. This crucial detail was not made clear upfront, leading me to waste 6–7 weeks before even getting to that stage.

They also advertised up to 10 weekly interest-free payments, but I later found out (again, after weeks of waiting) that they would not submit my portfolio until full payment was made—with no guarantee of success. This was never mentioned when I signed up, and it felt like a deliberate lack of transparency.

Now, it has been nearly 5 months since I started the process, and 3 months since my portfolio was submitted. Every time I call for an update, I get the same excuse: “It’s up to the RTO, and subject to delays.” Funny how they never mentioned these ‘delays’ when I signed up. There is no accountability, no proactive communication, and no clear resolution in sight.

If you’re considering using Qualify Me, be extremely cautious. They are happy to take your money, but once they have it, you’re left in limbo with zero control over your own certification process. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Hi Everyone I do not recommend anyone
To go with qualify me, it’s been about 3 years that I have applied to get my painting license, I have provided them over 100s of documents and videos, my caseworkers been Changing every 3 months and whoever new comes
They add more tasks to the application to do,
I have paid $1800 and can’t get my refund back, they also keep adding new requirements that never been mentioned at the beginning.
Very unhappy with the service.

Be honest with your clients. When I signed up for my certificate IV with QualifyMe, they told me that they will provide my certificate in less than 2 months. However it took 1 year. Even for this I had to follow up multiple times. No.good at all!

I had a fantastic experience with Qualify Me. From start to finish, they were professional, reliable, and a pleasure to work with. Exspensive, it took over two and a half months for certificates to arrive, class was too big and the practicle side felt rushed.

Maredith was very helpful and kept in contact regularly made the process much easier

Super helpful, clear instructions and advice through the entire process. Very quick to respond to enquires etc. Email copy of certificate was received quickly; however the hard copy took quite a bit longer but it did arrive.
