Nandi helped alot to redelivered my parcel.. thankyou so much

I ordered a box of gloves that arrived at the Royal Mail sorting office but never made it to me. I contacted customer service and spoke to Rajnandini Roy who sorted the issue out for me and replaced the order, she kept in contact and was very responsive, couldn’t have been felt with any better.

We recently had an unexpected failure of our main suction motors, which was a very stressful situation for the whole practice. Rajnandini Roy went above and beyond to help us throughout the process. She kept us updated every step of the way, chased our order relentlessly, and did everything she could to get our new portable suction units to us as quickly as possible.

Thanks to her hard work and excellent communication, disruption to the clinic was kept to an absolute minimum. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about helping us get back up and running.
